Fibre Access and Aggregation Switch
The RUCKUS ICX 8200-48F is a 1U stackable fibre switch with 48 x 100/1000 Mbps SFP ports and 4 x 1/10/25 GbE SFP28 ports for uplink or stacking — suited to fibre-to-the-room, building aggregation and long-reach edge links.
25G Uplinks and Stacking up to 12 Switches
RUCKUS rates the ICX 8200-48F at 296 Gbps switching capacity and 219 Mpps forwarding. Up to 12 switches can be stacked, with up to 1.2 Tbps aggregated stacking bandwidth and stacking distances of up to 10 km, so a stack can span floors or buildings and be managed as one switch.
Layer 3 Routing, Upgradable by License
Base software includes IPv4/IPv6 static routing and RIP. The ICX8200-PREM-LIC premium license adds OSPF, VRRP, VRF, GRE, PIM, PBR and VXLAN for larger campus designs.
Cloud, On-Premises or Controller-Less Management
RUCKUS lists three unified management options for the ICX 8200: RUCKUS One (cloud), SmartZone (on premises) and RUCKUS Unleashed (controller-less), alongside CLI, embedded web management, SNMPv3 and sFlow.
Supplied in Singapore with Local Warranty
RUCKUS includes 3 years of remote TAC support with every ICX 8200 model, plus a limited lifetime warranty. SourceIT supplies it locally in Singapore with a GST invoice. Transceivers and the power cord are not included. Email sales@sourceit.com.sg with your port count and uplink plan for a quote.

Does the ICX 8200-48F support PoE?
No. All 48 access ports are SFP fibre ports; for PoE+ see the 48P or 48PF.
What speeds do the SFP ports run at?
The 48 access ports are 100/1000 Mbps SFP; the 4 SFP28 uplinks run at 1, 10 or 25 GbE.
Are optics included?
No. Transceivers are sold separately — tell us the fibre type and distance and we will quote RUCKUS-qualified optics.
Can I stack it with other ICX 8200 switches?
Yes. Up to 12 ICX 8200 switches per stack over the SFP28 ports, with stacking distances up to 10 km.
Does it do Layer 3 routing?
Static routing (IPv4/IPv6) and RIP are included. OSPF, VRRP, VRF, PIM, PBR, GRE and VXLAN need the ICX8200-PREM-LIC licence.
Can I manage it from the cloud?
