Poly Edge E320 Open SIP Desk Phone with Bluetooth 5.0 and 8 Line Keys
The Poly Edge E320 is the mid-point of HP's Edge E300 Series: a 3.5-inch colour IPS LCD with a surround light status indicator, 8 line keys supporting up to 32 lines and contacts, and integrated Bluetooth 5.0 with fast pairing on selected Poly headsets. It is the model most Singapore offices land on when the requirement is a proper eight-key business phone that also works with the wireless headset the user already owns, without paying for Wi-Fi that a cabled desk will never use.
Bluetooth 5.0 Headset Pairing, Plus USB, RJ-9 and EHS
Integrated Bluetooth 5.0 pairs a wireless headset or a mobile phone at the desk, and HP documents USB, RJ-9 and Electronic Hook Switch options alongside it. An existing estate of corded or EHS-lifter headsets carries straight across a phone refresh, which keeps the project cost to the handsets rather than the handsets plus a headset replacement programme.
Microban Antimicrobial Protection and ENERGY STAR Certification
HP supplies the Edge E320 with Microban antimicrobial protection on the console, the handset and the handset cord, and the model is ENERGY STAR certified. For shared desks, hot-desk banks and shift-work positions — common in Singapore contact-centre and operations environments — the antimicrobial treatment on the surfaces users actually touch is a practical specification point.
Class 3 PoE and Two Gigabit Ports — and No Wi-Fi, by Design
A two-port gigabit Ethernet switch with PC passthrough shares one cabling drop between the phone and the workstation, and IEEE 802.3af Class 3 Power over Ethernet at 13 W maximum removes the desk adapter. Note that HP publishes no Wi-Fi on the Edge E320 — within the E300 Series, Wi-Fi is exclusive to the Edge E350. If the position has no network drop, specify the E350.

Platforms and certifications
The Poly Edge E320 is an Open SIP desk phone. It registers against hosted and on-premise SIP platforms — 3CX, Asterisk and FreePBX derivatives, BroadWorks and Metaswitch-based hosted services, and the SIP trunking services offered by Singapore carriers.
HP publishes no Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet certification for any model in the Edge E range, and we do not claim one. Where a Microsoft Teams certified desk phone is the requirement, the Poly CCX Teams Edition models are the correct line — see the CCX 350 for Microsoft Teams.

Poly Lens is HP's cloud device-management service: from one console your IT team can see device health, push firmware, apply configuration profiles and pull usage insight across every Poly device in the estate, phones and meeting rooms alike.

Frequently Asked Questions — Poly Edge E320
Does the Poly Edge E320 have Wi-Fi?
No. HP's wireless specification for the Edge E320 lists Bluetooth 5.0 and NFC only. Wi-Fi within the Edge E300 Series is exclusive to the Edge E350, whose specification adds 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands and Wi-Fi encryption support that the E320's does not carry. If a desk has no network drop, the E350 is the model to order.
What is the difference between the Edge E300, E320 and E350?
Display, line keys and audio are identical across all three — 3.5-inch colour IPS LCD at 320 x 240, 8 line keys supporting up to 32 lines and contacts. The difference is wireless. The Edge E300 has NFC only, the E320 adds Bluetooth 5.0, and the Edge E350 adds both Bluetooth 5.0 and Wi-Fi. Choose on connectivity, not on capability.
Can I pair a Bluetooth headset and a mobile phone?
Yes. HP specifies integrated Bluetooth 5.0 for mobile phone or headset pairing, with fast pairing on selected Poly headsets. Wired options are also documented: USB, RJ-9 and Electronic Hook Switch.
Is a wall mount or a power supply included?
Neither. HP's box list for the E320 covers the setup sheet, console, handset and cord (all with Microban antimicrobial protection), CAT-5E network cable and desk stand. A wall mount bracket covering the E300, E320 and E350 is ordered separately, and an optional external power supply is available for positions without PoE.
Can I add an expansion module for busy-lamp keys?
No. HP documents expansion-module support only on the Edge E400 Series and Edge E500 Series. For an operator or reception position needing busy-lamp keys, specify the Edge E400 or Edge E450 (one module) or the Edge E500 or Edge E550 (two modules).
Does it need a PoE switch?
It is designed for one. HP specifies built-in auto-sensing IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet at Class 3, 13 W maximum, and no power supply ships in the box. Where PoE is unavailable, an optional Poly power supply (100–240 V input, 5.0 V / 3.0 A output) is ordered separately and we will quote it with the phone.
Is the Edge E320 certified for Microsoft Teams or Zoom?
