PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
NVIDIA RTX PRO™ Sync Card (900-52061-0000-100) - Local Warranty
Frame Lock and Genlock for Video Walls, Projection and Simulation
The NVIDIA RTX PRO™ Sync card — the successor to the Quadro Sync II — synchronises the display outputs of compatible NVIDIA professional GPUs so that every display or projector refreshes in step. For Singapore control rooms, command centres, broadcast studios, simulators and experience centres, that means video walls and multi-projector systems free of tearing and imaging artefacts, without a performance penalty.
Up to 8 GPUs and 32 Displays from One System
Each Sync card connects up to four GPUs, and two Sync cards per system synchronise up to eight GPUs driving up to 32 displays or projectors — including as a single NVIDIA Mosaic desktop. NVIDIA's example deployments include a broadcaster driving up to 32 4K displays from one system and a research lab building a 32-display stereoscopic wall.
Lock to House Sync, Align Multi-Input Displays, Keep Stereo Correct
RTX PRO Sync aligns displays or projectors to an external timing source (genlock), aligns the inputs of multi-input devices such as 4K projectors and panels, keeps stereoscopic 3D correct across multiple systems, and supports projector overlap for edge-blended projection. Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) support lets IT teams monitor sync status as part of normal fleet management.
Works Only with Listed Professional GPUs
RTX PRO Sync is supported only on the specific NVIDIA RTX PRO, RTX, data-centre and Quadro GPUs NVIDIA lists (see Compatibility below). It is not for entry cards such as the RTX PRO 2000, RTX A1000 or RTX A400, nor for GeForce cards. Tell us your GPU model and we will confirm compatibility before you order.

Package Contents & Ordering Information
What is in the box (per the NVIDIA RTX PRO Sync User Guide): NVIDIA RTX PRO Sync card, four 12-inch sync cables, two 24-inch sync cables and a Quick Start Guide. CAT-5 cables for frame lock between systems are not included.
| Part Number | Model |
| 900-52061-0000-100 | NVIDIA RTX PRO Sync (this item) |
| 900-52061-0000-000 | NVIDIA Quadro Sync II — previous generation |
Planning a system: one Sync card covers up to four GPUs. For five to eight GPUs in one system, order two Sync cards. For multi-system walls, each system needs its own Sync card, linked by frame-lock cables.

Frequently Asked Questions — NVIDIA RTX PRO Sync
What does a sync card actually do?
It locks the refresh timing of every connected GPU output (frame lock) and, optionally, to an external house-sync signal (genlock). Without it, a video wall or edge-blended projection driven by several GPUs can show tearing at the seams and stereo images can fall out of step.
How many GPUs and displays can I synchronise?
Up to 4 GPUs per Sync card and 2 Sync cards per system — 8 GPUs and up to 32 displays or projectors per system, including with NVIDIA Mosaic.
Is this the same as the Quadro Sync II?
RTX PRO Sync is NVIDIA's current-generation successor to Quadro Sync II, with an updated compatible-GPU list that includes the RTX PRO Blackwell range.
Will it work with my GPU?
Only with the GPUs NVIDIA lists — RTX PRO 6000/5500/5000/4500/4000/4000 SFF Blackwell, RTX Ada 6000/5000/4500/4000/4000 SFF, RTX A6000/A5500/A5000/A4500/A4000, A40, L40/L40S, Quadro RTX 8000/6000/5000/4000 and Quadro GV100. It is not for RTX PRO 2000, RTX A1000, RTX A400 or GeForce cards.
Can I plug the RJ45 ports into my network switch?
No. NVIDIA warns not to connect the Sync card to TCP/IP networking equipment — the RJ45 ports carry frame-lock signals between Sync cards only.
Does it need its own driver?
No. Support is built into the NVIDIA RTX driver; configuration is done in the NVIDIA Control Panel or via WMI.
Does it come with local warranty in Singapore?
Yes. The NVIDIA RTX PRO Sync sold by SourceIT comes with local Singapore warranty and a GST invoice.
