What actually separates the P-series from the T-series. Lenovo's own marketing puts the P-series under "Best-in-Class Performance for Leading Professionals" and the T-series under "Enhanced Productivity for Modern Taskers", but it never states in prose that colour accuracy is the dividing line. The evidence is in the specification sheets instead: most P-series models publish a factory calibration figure of Delta E under 2 and ship a printed calibration report in the box, and T-series models do not. That is the difference we are willing to stand behind, and it is why this page cites the per-model figure rather than a slogan.

Calibrated in both spaces, and why that is the headline. Lenovo publishes Delta E under 2 at sRGB and at DCI-P3 for this model. Most monitors that publish a Delta E figure at all publish one space. Working across web and video — a marketing team producing both, a design studio delivering to screen and to broadcast — means the same monitor is trustworthy in both without switching to an uncalibrated wide-gamut mode.

140 W changes which laptops this docks. USB Power Delivery 3.1 at 140 W covers mobile workstations and high-specification 16-inch machines that a 90 W or 100 W dock leaves charging slowly. Combined with 2.5-gigabit Ethernet and an eKVM, this is a monitor that can be the only thing on the desk besides a laptop.

Four monitors in a chain. Lenovo's datasheet for this model states support for daisy-chaining up to four ThinkVision displays over DisplayPort. That is an unusually high published figure. Two caveats we will state rather than bury: the number appears in Lenovo's datasheet and product page but not in the PSREF specification sheet, and the practical limit depends on your laptop's DisplayPort MST support and the total resolution across the chain. If a four-display wall is the plan, tell us the laptop model and we will work the bandwidth through with you before you order.

No audio path. No speakers and no 3.5 mm jack, despite everything else this monitor has. Headsets connect to the laptop; the MS30 Monitor Soundbar is a separate purchase.

Note the power cable on this model is 1.5 m rather than the 1.8 m used elsewhere in the range — worth checking against your desk's socket position. No HDMI cable and no webcam are supplied.

How accurate is the colour, and in which space?

Lenovo publishes average Delta E under 2 at both sRGB and DCI-P3, with a printed calibration report in the box, and gamut coverage of 99% sRGB and 98% DCI-P3 at 10-bit. Being calibrated in two spaces rather than one is what separates this model from the cheaper P-series monitors, several of which publish an sRGB figure only.

Can I really chain four monitors?

Lenovo's datasheet and product page say up to four ThinkVision displays. Two honest caveats: the figure does not appear in Lenovo's PSREF specification sheet, and in practice the chain length depends on your laptop's DisplayPort MST support and the combined resolution. Tell us the laptop model and the display layout you want, and we will check the bandwidth before you order rather than after.

Will it charge a mobile workstation?

At 140 W over USB Power Delivery 3.1, very probably — this tier covers machines that ship with a 135 W adapter. If yours is rated 170 W or more, keep the adapter and use the USB-C connection for video, network and data.

Does it have HDR?

Lenovo's product datasheet states HDR10 compliance. Lenovo's PSREF specification sheet for the same model contains no HDR row at all. We cite the datasheet and flag the disagreement. No DisplayHDR tier, no peak-brightness figure and no local-dimming zone count is published by either document, so we make no HDR performance claim beyond compliance.

What does "factory calibrated" actually mean here?

It means Lenovo calibrated this panel on the production line, measured the result and put a printed report in the box — so the monitor is accurate out of the carton without you buying a colorimeter. What it does not mean is hardware calibration: Lenovo publishes no hardware-calibration support for any ThinkVision P-series model, so you cannot write a new calibration into the monitor's own lookup table later. For most design, marketing and video-review work the factory calibration is what matters; for a print house that recalibrates monthly, it is worth a conversation before you order.

What warranty applies in Singapore?

Lenovo PSREF states a 3-year limited warranty as the base warranty for this model, and every unit SourceIT sells comes with local Singapore warranty support and a GST invoice.
