PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Lenovo ThinkVision P24h-2L (62B2GAR1WW) - 3 Years Local Warranty

A 23.8-Inch QHD Docking Monitor at 123 dpi, With Speakers Built In

The ThinkVision P24h-2L runs 2560 x 1440 across 23.8 inches — 123 dpi, the highest pixel density in this P-series range. Its USB-C port carries video, data and up to 75 W of charging alongside gigabit Ethernet, and it is the only monitor in the range with built-in speakers as standard.

83% DCI-P3 and a Printed Calibration Report

Lenovo publishes 99% sRGB, 83% DCI-P3 and 99% BT.709 for this panel, and ships a factory calibration report in the box. Note carefully: unlike most of the P-series, Lenovo publishes no Delta E value for this model — the report ships, but the number is not stated. We will not borrow the "under 2" figure from a sibling model.

The Widest Tilt Range in the P-Series

This monitor tilts -5° to +35°, where every other P-series model here stops at +23.5°. It also has a DisplayPort 1.2 output for a second display, 45° of swivel each way and full pivot. Height adjustment is 150 mm rather than the 155 mm used elsewhere in the range.

It Is the Oldest Platform in This Range

Worth knowing before you standardise on it. The P24h-2L is on HDMI 1.4 and DisplayPort 1.2 where the newer models use HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4, carries TCO Certified 8.0 where the rest are 9.0 or generation 10, and delivers 75 W where the -40 models deliver 140 W. If you are buying one to match an existing fleet, that is exactly right. If you are specifying fresh, look at the P24QD-40 in the table below.

Specification note. Every figure on this page is taken from Lenovo's own PSREF specification sheet for the ThinkVision P24h-2L, with any item drawn from Lenovo's product datasheet instead labelled as such in the table. Lenovo publishes monitor specifications per model rather than per part number — the PSREF sheet we link does not itself list this SKU, and the suffix on a part number governs market and packaging rather than the panel or the ports. Where Lenovo publishes no figure, this page says so rather than estimating one, and where two Lenovo documents disagree we show the disagreement. Specifications and prices are subject to change by Lenovo without notice.

Compatibility & Fit

What actually separates the P-series from the T-series. Lenovo's own marketing puts the P-series under "Best-in-Class Performance for Leading Professionals" and the T-series under "Enhanced Productivity for Modern Taskers", but it never states in prose that colour accuracy is the dividing line. The evidence is in the specification sheets instead: most P-series models publish a factory calibration figure of Delta E under 2 and ship a printed calibration report in the box, and T-series models do not. That is the difference we are willing to stand behind, and it is why this page cites the per-model figure rather than a slogan.

123 dpi is the specification that makes this monitor. QHD on a 23.8-inch panel is unusually dense — sharper than QHD at 27 inches (109 dpi) and far sharper than Full HD at the same size (93 dpi). Text is crisp at 100% display scaling with no settings to configure. If desk space is limited but you want a genuinely sharp screen, this geometry is hard to beat.

The single-cable setup. USB-C carries the picture, data, gigabit Ethernet and up to 75 W back to the laptop. That covers a standard business ultrabook comfortably. A larger machine with a 100 W-class adapter will charge, but slowly under load — if that is your fleet, the P24QD-40 in the table below delivers 140 W.

A DisplayPort output for a second screen. Run the laptop into this monitor over USB-C and a second display out of the DisplayPort 1.2 port. Lenovo publishes the port but no chain limit, so tell us if you are planning three or more displays.

Your DisplayPort cable is probably not in the box. Lenovo flags both the DisplayPort cable and the USB-C-to-USB-A cable as US and Canada only. A Singapore order should be assumed to arrive with the USB-C to USB-C cable and the power cable. Tell us how you intend to connect and we will make sure the right cable ships.

Package Contents & ThinkVision Ordering Information

In the box, per Lenovo PSREF:

  • Monitor with stand
  • 1 x USB-C to USB-C cable (1.8 m)
  • 1 x power cable (1.8 m)
  • Factory calibration report
  • 1 x DisplayPort cable (1.8 m) — US and Canada only
  • 1 x USB-C to USB-A cable (1.8 m) — US and Canada only
  • Quick setup guide

For a Singapore order, do not count on the DisplayPort or USB-C-to-USB-A cables — Lenovo restricts both to North America.

PSREF is Lenovo's own Product Specifications Reference and is the source for every figure on this page unless the table says otherwise. PSREF publishes its spec sheets per model rather than per part number, so this SKU does not appear inside the PDF itself; a per-part-number detail page also exists at psref.lenovo.com and will render in a normal browser if you need this exact configuration confirmed before ordering. Ask us and we will pull it for you.

Frequently Asked Questions — Lenovo ThinkVision P24h-2L

How accurate is the colour?

Lenovo ships a printed factory calibration report with this monitor, but — unusually for the P-series — publishes no Delta E figure for it. Most other P-series models state "average Delta E under 2"; this one does not, so we will not claim it. What Lenovo does publish is the gamut: 99% sRGB, 83% DCI-P3 and 99% BT.709.

How much power does it give my laptop?

Up to 75 W over USB-C. That runs a standard business ultrabook comfortably. A 15- or 16-inch machine with a 100 W adapter will charge slowly under load. The P24QD-40 in the ordering table delivers 140 W if you need more.

Does it have speakers?

Yes — 1 W x 2, and it is the only monitor in this P-series range with speakers as standard. They are adequate for notification sounds and calls at a quiet desk, not for music. Lenovo also lists an optional soundbar, part 0A36190.

Should I buy this or the P24QD-40?

The P24QD-40 if you are specifying fresh: it delivers 140 W instead of 75 W, has 2.5-gigabit Ethernet instead of gigabit, adds an eKVM switch, publishes a Delta E figure, and sits on HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4 with TCO generation 10. Buy the P24h-2L to match an existing fleet, if the wider +35° tilt matters, or if you specifically want the built-in speakers.

What does "factory calibrated" actually mean here?

It means Lenovo calibrated this panel on the production line, measured the result and put a printed report in the box — so the monitor is accurate out of the carton without you buying a colorimeter. What it does not mean is hardware calibration: Lenovo publishes no hardware-calibration support for any ThinkVision P-series model, so you cannot write a new calibration into the monitor's own lookup table later. For most design, marketing and video-review work the factory calibration is what matters; for a print house that recalibrates monthly, it is worth a conversation before you order.

What warranty applies in Singapore?

Lenovo PSREF states a 3-year limited warranty as the base warranty for this model, and every unit SourceIT sells comes with local Singapore warranty support and a GST invoice.
