Lenovo ThinkVision P27h-30 27-inch Monitor
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Lenovo ThinkVision P27h-30 (63A1GAR1WW) - 3 Years Local Warranty
27-Inch QHD With 95% DCI-P3, 10-Bit Colour, a 100 W Dock and a KVM Switch
The ThinkVision P27h-30 is the wide-gamut monitor in this range's mid-size class. Lenovo publishes 95% DCI-P3 alongside 99% sRGB and 99% BT.709, at 10-bit (8-bit + FRC) and 350 cd/m², calibrated to average Delta E under 2 with a printed report in the box — and it docks a laptop at 100 W with gigabit Ethernet.
A KVM Switch and Picture-by-Picture, Both Published
Lenovo publishes both a KVM switch and Picture-in-Picture and Picture-by-Picture for this model. Two machines, one keyboard and mouse, and the option to show both on screen at once. Most monitors in this range publish one of those features or neither.
A 4-Side NearEdgeless Panel With a 2 mm Bottom Bezel
Unusually, the bottom bezel here is 2 mm, the same as the sides and top. Almost every monitor in this range has a thicker bottom edge; this one does not, which makes a multi-monitor array look genuinely continuous. The surface carries a 3H hard coating in addition to the anti-glare finish.
HDR10, a 3.5 mm Audio Out, and No Speakers
Lenovo publishes HDR10 compliance and a 3.5 mm audio line-out. There are no built-in speakers — the MS30 Monitor Soundbar clips to the chassis as a separate purchase.
Specification note. Every figure on this page is taken from Lenovo's own PSREF specification sheet for the ThinkVision P27h-30, with any item drawn from Lenovo's product datasheet instead labelled as such in the table. Lenovo publishes monitor specifications per model rather than per part number — the PSREF sheet we link does not itself list this SKU, and the suffix on a part number governs market and packaging rather than the panel or the ports. Where Lenovo publishes no figure, this page says so rather than estimating one, and where two Lenovo documents disagree we show the disagreement. Specifications and prices are subject to change by Lenovo without notice.

Compatibility & Fit
What actually separates the P-series from the T-series. Lenovo's own marketing puts the P-series under "Best-in-Class Performance for Leading Professionals" and the T-series under "Enhanced Productivity for Modern Taskers", but it never states in prose that colour accuracy is the dividing line. The evidence is in the specification sheets instead: most P-series models publish a factory calibration figure of Delta E under 2 and ship a printed calibration report in the box, and T-series models do not. That is the difference we are willing to stand behind, and it is why this page cites the per-model figure rather than a slogan.
95% DCI-P3 and 10-bit is the reason to choose this over a T-series 27-inch. DCI-P3 is the cinema and video colour space, and a panel that covers 95% of it at 10-bit can be trusted for video review, colour grading proxies and any design work that will end up on modern wide-gamut displays. The T-series 27-inch monitors publish sRGB coverage only. If your work stays in sRGB, you do not need this panel; if it does not, nothing in the T-series substitutes for it.
The KVM and Picture-by-Picture together. Two machines can share one keyboard and mouse, and can be shown side by side on the same screen at once. That combination is genuinely useful for anyone running a work laptop and a test or production machine, or a Mac and a PC. Most monitors in this range publish one feature or the other.
Docking at 100 W. USB-C carries the picture at DisplayPort 1.4 across four lanes, gigabit Ethernet, the USB hub and up to 100 W back to the laptop. That covers essentially every business ultrabook and most 15-inch machines. For 140 W, the P27QD-40 in the ordering table is the newer model.
Cables: the DisplayPort cable is regional. Lenovo flags it as US, Canada and Brazil only. A Singapore order should be assumed to arrive with the USB-C to USB-C cable, the USB-B to USB-A cable and the power cable. Tell us if you need DisplayPort and we will add one.
Package Contents & ThinkVision Ordering Information
In the box, per Lenovo PSREF:
- Monitor with stand
- 1 x USB-C to USB-C cable (1 m)
- 1 x USB-B to USB-A cable (1.8 m)
- 1 x power cable (1.8 m)
- Factory calibration report
- 1 x DisplayPort cable (1.8 m) — US, Canada and Brazil only
- Quick setup guide
Do not count on the DisplayPort cable for a Singapore order. Note also that the supplied USB-C cable is 1 m rather than the 1.8 m used elsewhere in the range — check it reaches from where the laptop will sit.

PSREF is Lenovo's own Product Specifications Reference and is the source for every figure on this page unless the table says otherwise. PSREF publishes its spec sheets per model rather than per part number, so this SKU does not appear inside the PDF itself; a per-part-number detail page also exists at psref.lenovo.com and will render in a normal browser if you need this exact configuration confirmed before ordering. Ask us and we will pull it for you.
Frequently Asked Questions — Lenovo ThinkVision P27h-30
Is it good enough for colour work?
For most professional work outside a print house, yes. Lenovo publishes 95% DCI-P3 and 99% sRGB at 10-bit, with factory calibration to average Delta E under 2 and a printed report in the box. That covers video review, design, marketing production and photography. What it does not have is hardware calibration — you cannot rewrite the monitor's own lookup table with a colorimeter later.
How does the KVM work?
Connect a second machine to the DisplayPort or HDMI input and to the USB-B upstream port, and plug your keyboard and mouse into the monitor. Switching the input switches the peripherals with it. The USB-B to USB-A cable is supplied in the box. This model also supports Picture-by-Picture, so both machines can be on screen at once.
How much power does it deliver to a laptop?
Up to 100 W over USB-C, alongside DisplayPort 1.4 video across four lanes and gigabit Ethernet. That covers almost every business laptop. For a mobile workstation with a 135 W adapter, the P27QD-40 delivers 140 W.
Should I buy this or the P27QD-40?
The P27QD-40 is newer and stronger on paper: 140 W instead of 100 W, 2.5-gigabit Ethernet, 98% DCI-P3, eKVM, TCO generation 10 and a 24–120 Hz refresh range. This model's advantages are its 4-side 2 mm bezel, its 3H hard coating and its published Picture-by-Picture support. Both are calibrated to Delta E under 2. If you are building a fresh multi-monitor array where the bezel matters, this one still has a case.
What does "factory calibrated" actually mean here?
It means Lenovo calibrated this panel on the production line, measured the result and put a printed report in the box — so the monitor is accurate out of the carton without you buying a colorimeter. What it does not mean is hardware calibration: Lenovo publishes no hardware-calibration support for any ThinkVision P-series model, so you cannot write a new calibration into the monitor's own lookup table later. For most design, marketing and video-review work the factory calibration is what matters; for a print house that recalibrates monthly, it is worth a conversation before you order.
What warranty applies in Singapore?
Lenovo PSREF states a 3-year limited warranty as the base warranty for this model, and every unit SourceIT sells comes with local Singapore warranty support and a GST invoice.
