Lenovo ThinkVision E24-40 23.8" Monitor
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Lenovo ThinkVision E24-40 (64BAMAR1MY) - 3 Years Local Warranty
The Standard-Issue Office Monitor, Brought Up to Date
23.8 inches at Full HD is the default desk size for good reason — it fits a standard desk, sits at a comfortable viewing distance and needs no scaling. The ThinkVision E24-40 delivers that on a 3-side NearEdgeless IPS panel at 100 Hz, with a full-function stand and speakers, which is a materially better specification than the 60 Hz tilt-only panels this size has historically meant.
99% sRGB, 1300:1 Contrast, 178° Viewing
The IPS panel covers 99% of sRGB at 1300:1 typical contrast with 178°/178° viewing angles. With 2.0 mm side and top bezels, two of these side by side give an almost continuous working surface — the reason this model is bought in pairs more often than singly.
155 mm of Height Adjustment for Shared and Hot-Desk Floors
The stand offers 155 mm of lift, 360° swivel, full portrait pivot and -5° to +22° tilt, with cable management built in. On a hot-desking floor this is the difference between a screen each user can set correctly and one they work around.
Three Video Inputs and EPEAT Gold, at 13 W Typical
HDMI 1.4, DisplayPort 1.2 and VGA cover current docks and legacy estates from one part number. The panel draws 13 W typical from an internal supply and carries ENERGY STAR, EPEAT Gold, TCO Certified generation 10 and TCO Edge 2.1 — the credentials most Singapore tenders now ask for line by line.
Specification note. Every figure on this page is taken from Lenovo's PSREF specification sheet for the ThinkVision E24-40. Lenovo publishes monitor specifications per model; part numbers carry a regional suffix (WW, MY and others) which governs market, packaging and supplied mains cord rather than panel or port specification, though Lenovo does not publish an explicit statement to that effect — so if the exact in-box contents or plug type matter to you, ask us to confirm before ordering. Where Lenovo publishes no figure for a specification, this page says so rather than estimating one. Specifications and prices are subject to change by Lenovo without notice.

Compatibility & Fit
The default choice in this range. If you are standardising a floor on one monitor, this is usually the part number: 23.8" Full HD is the size most people work best at without display scaling, and the E24-40 adds IPS, 100 Hz, a proper adjustable stand and speakers to it.
Check the resolution question first. At 23.8", Full HD gives comfortable, large text. If your users work in large spreadsheets, side-by-side documents or code and want more on screen rather than bigger, the QHD E24q-30 is the same size at 2560 x 1440. That is a genuine fork in the decision, not an upsell — more pixels at this size means smaller text.
Connectivity: three video inputs, but no USB and no USB-C. For single-cable laptop docking with power delivery and ethernet, the P24h-30 is the model built for it. Only an HDMI cable ships in the box.
Correction to earlier copy: a previous version of this listing described the monitor as supporting "HDMI and VGA". It also has DisplayPort 1.2, per Lenovo's PSREF sheet.
Package Contents & ThinkVision Ordering Information
In the box: monitor with full-function stand, 1x HDMI 1.4 cable (1.8 m), 1x power cable (1.8 m), 4x screws, quick setup guide.

Frequently Asked Questions — Lenovo ThinkVision E24-40
Full HD or QHD at 23.8 inches?
Full HD gives larger, more comfortable text; QHD fits more on screen at the cost of size. For general office work Full HD is usually right; for spreadsheets, code and side-by-side documents, consider the E24q-30.
Does it have USB-C or USB ports?
No. HDMI 1.4, DisplayPort 1.2 and VGA only. For USB-C docking see the P24h-30.
Which cables are included?
HDMI and power, both 1.8 m. No DisplayPort or VGA cable.
Can I mount two of these on a dual arm?
Yes — VESA 100 x 100 mm, and at 2.9 kg per head most dual arms handle a pair comfortably. The 2.0 mm side bezels make a tidy pair.
Does it rotate to portrait?
Yes, -90° to +90° pivot, with 155 mm height adjustment and 360° swivel.
Is it bright enough for a well-lit office?
250 cd/m² with an anti-glare finish is the standard office specification and is fine under normal lighting. Facing a bright window, the 300 cd/m² E27-40 or 350 cd/m² E27Q-40 have more headroom.
What warranty does it carry?
Lenovo publishes a 3-year limited warranty in PSREF, and every unit we supply carries local Singapore warranty and a GST invoice.
