Lenovo ThinkVision E24q-30 23.8-inch QHD Monitor
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Lenovo ThinkVision E24q-30 (63ECGAR2WW) - 3 Years Local Warranty
QHD at 23.8 Inches — 78% More Pixels Than Full HD
The ThinkVision E24q-30 runs 2560 x 1440 on a 23.8-inch IPS panel: 78% more pixels than Full HD on the same size of screen. For spreadsheets, side-by-side documents, code and any work where fitting more on screen beats bigger text, that is the single most useful upgrade available at this desk size.
100 Hz, 300 Nits and Eyesafe Certified 2.0
The panel runs at 100 Hz with 300 cd/m² brightness and 99% sRGB coverage. It also carries Eyesafe Certified 2.0 and TÜV Rheinland Eye Comfort certification alongside flicker-free and low blue light — a stronger eye-care specification than the rest of the E-series, and a defensible answer when staff raise screen fatigue.
Full-Function Stand With 155 mm of Lift
155 mm height adjustment, 360° swivel, -90° to +90° pivot and -5° to +22° tilt. Portrait rotation is particularly worthwhile on a QHD panel — turned vertical, 1440 x 2560 shows an entire document or a long code file without scrolling.
HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort, With 2 W Speakers
Video connects over HDMI 2.1 TMDS (carrying 2560 x 1440 at 100 Hz) or DisplayPort 1.2, with 2 W x 2 speakers built in. Note there are no USB ports — this is a display rather than a dock.
Specification note. Every figure on this page is taken from Lenovo's PSREF specification sheet for the ThinkVision E24q-30. Lenovo publishes monitor specifications per model; part numbers carry a regional suffix (WW, MY and others) which governs market, packaging and supplied mains cord rather than panel or port specification, though Lenovo does not publish an explicit statement to that effect — so if the exact in-box contents or plug type matter to you, ask us to confirm before ordering. Where Lenovo publishes no figure for a specification, this page says so rather than estimating one. Specifications and prices are subject to change by Lenovo without notice.

Compatibility & Fit
The resolution decision. At 23.8 inches, QHD gives you appreciably more usable space than Full HD — roughly the difference between two documents side by side being cramped and being comfortable. The trade-off is smaller text; most users are happy at 100% scaling, some prefer 125%. If your users find small type difficult, the Full HD E24-40 at the same size is the kinder choice.
Eye comfort is this model's distinguishing feature within the E-series: Eyesafe Certified 2.0 and TÜV Rheinland Eye Comfort certification, on top of the flicker-free and low blue light certifications the range shares. Where staff have raised screen fatigue, that is a specification you can point at.
What it does not do: there are no USB ports and no USB-C, so it will not dock a laptop or charge one. For that at this size and resolution, the P24h-30 adds USB-C with 100 W power delivery, gigabit ethernet and a four-port USB hub. Only an HDMI cable is supplied here.

Lenovo PSREF is Lenovo's own Product Specifications Reference and is the source for every figure on this page. PSREF publishes its spec sheets per model; it also hosts a per-part-number detail page at psref.lenovo.com which will render in a normal browser if you need the configuration confirmed against this exact SKU before ordering.
Frequently Asked Questions — Ergotron ThinkVision E24q-30
Is QHD worth it at 23.8 inches?
For spreadsheet, document-comparison and code work, yes — 78% more pixels than Full HD on the same panel. For general office use where large text is preferred, the Full HD E24-40 is the easier screen to live with.
Will text be too small?
At 100% scaling it is smaller than Full HD at the same size. Most users are comfortable; those who are not typically run 125% scaling in Windows, which still leaves more usable space than Full HD.
Does it have USB-C or a USB hub?
No. HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.2 only. For docking, see the P24h-30.
What is Eyesafe Certified 2.0?
A blue-light and flicker standard verified by an independent laboratory. This model carries it along with TÜV Rheinland Eye Comfort certification — the strongest eye-care specification in the E-series.
Can I use it in portrait?
Yes, -90° to +90° pivot. In portrait a QHD panel shows 1440 x 2560, which suits long documents and code well.
Is it colour-accurate enough for design work?
It covers 99% sRGB but Lenovo publishes no factory calibration or Delta E figure for it. For colour-critical work, the P27Q-40 is factory calibrated to an average Delta E under 2 and ships with a calibration report.
What warranty does it carry?
Lenovo publishes a 3-year limited warranty in PSREF. Every unit we supply carries local Singapore warranty and a GST invoice. An earlier version of this listing said 1 year, which understated Lenovo's term.
