Lenovo ThinkVision E27Q-40 27-inch QHD Monitor
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Lenovo ThinkVision E27Q-40 (64BDGAR4MY) - 3 Years Local Warranty
27-inch QHD at 350 Nits — the Sweet Spot of the E-Series
The ThinkVision E27Q-40 puts 2560 x 1440 on a 27-inch IPS panel at 100 Hz, with 350 cd/m² brightness and 1500:1 contrast. At this size QHD lands where Full HD is too coarse and 4K needs scaling — large, comfortable text and genuinely more room to work.
The Brightest Panel in the E-Series
At 350 cd/m² this is the brightest E-series monitor here, a third brighter than the 23.8-inch models. In an open-plan floor with unshaded windows — which describes a great many Singapore offices — that headroom is what keeps the screen readable through the afternoon.
Two HDMI Inputs, Which Is Rarer Than It Sounds
This model carries 2x HDMI 2.1 TMDS plus DisplayPort 1.2. Two HDMI inputs let a desktop and a laptop, or a workstation and a test device, stay connected simultaneously and be switched at the monitor rather than by swapping cables.
Full-Function Stand, Speakers, EPEAT Gold
155 mm of height adjustment, 360° swivel, portrait pivot and tilt, with 2 W x 2 speakers. ENERGY STAR, EPEAT Gold and TCO Certified generation 10 cover the environmental requirements that now appear in most corporate and government tenders.

Compatibility & Fit
For most office users this is the best-balanced monitor in the E-series. 27 inches at QHD gives comfortable text at 100% scaling with substantially more usable area than Full HD, and 350 cd/m² handles bright rooms. If your priority is simply a big screen with large text, the Full HD E27-40 costs less and does that job.
The two HDMI inputs are worth planning around. With 2x HDMI 2.1 plus DisplayPort you can keep three sources connected — a desk PC, a docked laptop and a test machine, say — and switch between them at the monitor.
Where it stops: no USB ports, no USB-C, and no factory colour calibration. For single-cable laptop docking, look at the P24h-30. For colour-critical work, the P27Q-40 is the same size and resolution but 10-bit, 98% DCI-P3 and factory calibrated to Delta E under 2 — note, however, that the P27Q-40 has no built-in speakers, where this model does.

Frequently Asked Questions — Lenovo ThinkVision E27Q-40
Why choose QHD over Full HD at 27 inches?
At 27 inches Full HD works out to 82 dpi — comfortable but coarse. QHD gives noticeably crisper text and much more usable space, while still being readable at 100% scaling. It is the resolution most users prefer at this size.
How bright is it compared with the other models?
350 cd/m², the brightest here — against 300 on the E27-40 and E24q-30, and 250 on the 21.5" and 23.8" Full HD models.
What can I do with two HDMI ports?
Keep two sources connected at once and switch at the monitor instead of swapping cables. With DisplayPort as well, three sources can stay plugged in.
Does it have USB-C for laptop docking?
No. For that, see the P24h-30, which offers USB-C with 100 W power delivery plus ethernet.
Is it suitable for design or photo work?
It covers 99% sRGB but has no published factory calibration. For colour-critical work choose the P27Q-40, which is 10-bit, 98% DCI-P3 and ships with a calibration report.
Does it have speakers?
Yes, 2 W x 2. Worth noting that the higher-tier P27Q-40 does not — if speakers matter, this model has them and that one does not.
What warranty does it carry?
Lenovo publishes a 3-year limited warranty in PSREF. Every unit we supply carries local Singapore warranty and a GST invoice. An earlier version of this listing said 1 year, which understated Lenovo's term.
