Epson EB-FH52 Full HD 3LCD Projector
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Epson EB-FH52 Full HD 3LCD Projector (V11H978052) - Local Warranty
Native Full HD With 4,000 Lumens of Colour Brightness
The EB-FH52 projects a native 1920 x 1080 image from a 0.61-inch C2 Fine 3LCD panel at 4,000 lumens of white light output and 4,000 lumens of colour light output. Epson publishes both numbers because its three-panel engine handles red, green and blue at once instead of spinning a colour wheel, so a brand palette or a photograph holds its saturation at full brightness. A 16,000:1 contrast ratio gives usable shadow detail for video content as well as clean black text on white slides in a boardroom or lecture theatre.
1.6x Optical Zoom for Real Installation Flexibility
Unlike the entry models in this range, the EB-FH52 has a true 1 to 1.6 optical zoom with a 1.32 to 2.14 throw ratio, covering 30 to 300 inches. A 60-inch image lands anywhere between 1.76 and 2.86 metres, which is the practical difference between fitting an existing ceiling bracket and having to re-drill. Vertical and horizontal keystone correction of plus or minus 30 degrees plus horizontal slide keystone let you square up a table-placed unit quickly without moving furniture.
Wireless Sharing, Miracast and Split Screen for Collaborative Rooms
Wireless connectivity is included, alongside Miracast, Epson iProjection multi-PC projection and Epson Projector Management for network monitoring and control. Wireless LAN enterprise security is supported, which is what a corporate IT team asks about before a projector is allowed onto the staff network. Split screen puts two sources side by side — a spreadsheet next to a video call, or a document beside a live camera feed — during workshops and hybrid meetings.
16 W Speaker and Broad Legacy Connectivity
A 16 W built-in speaker is loud enough to carry a video clip across a mid-sized meeting room without a separate sound system. Two HDMI inputs cover current laptops and media players, while a D-Sub 15-pin RGB input, composite video and twin RCA audio inputs keep older visualisers, DVD players and installed cabling in service. USB Type A and Type B ports handle media playback and firmware or configuration work, so an existing room can be upgraded without re-cabling.

Compatibility & Installation
Mounting and orientation
At 293 x 309 x 105 mm including feet and 3.1 kg, the EB-FH52 mounts on a standard universal projector bracket or sits on a table. The 1 to 1.6 optical zoom and 1.32 to 2.14 throw ratio give real latitude on bracket position, so an existing ceiling plate can often be reused. Auto vertical keystone, plus or minus 30 degree horizontal keystone and horizontal slide keystone handle off-centre placement.
What it connects to
Two HDMI inputs cover laptops, mini-PCs, streaming sticks, media players and control system outputs. A D-Sub 15-pin RGB input, a composite RCA video input and twin RCA audio inputs keep legacy visualisers, DVD players and installed cabling working. USB 2.0 Type A and Type B ports handle media, firmware and configuration tasks.
Network, wireless and content management
Wireless connectivity is included and the projector supports Miracast screen mirroring, Epson iProjection multi-PC projection and Epson Projector Management for monitoring and control across a fleet. Wireless LAN enterprise security is supported for corporate network onboarding. Split screen displays two sources at once.
Where it sits in the range
The EB-FH52 is the Full HD lamp model in this family. The newer EB-FH54 adds built-in Wi-Fi 6 wireless LAN and raises brightness to 4,100 lumens. If you want a laser light source instead of a lamp, the EB-L200F is the Full HD standard-throw laser equivalent.

Frequently Asked Questions — Epson EB-FH52
What is the difference between the EB-FH52 and the EB-FH54?
Both are native Full HD 1920 x 1080 3LCD lamp projectors. The EB-FH54 is the newer unit: it has built-in Wi-Fi 6 wireless LAN as standard, 4,100 lumens rather than 4,000, and two HDMI inputs with a USB Type A port for PC-free playback. The EB-FH52 keeps a broader set of legacy ports — VGA, composite video and RCA audio inputs — which the EB-FH54 does not have. Choose the FH52 for an older room with existing cabling, the FH54 for a wireless-first room.
Does the EB-FH52 have built-in Wi-Fi?
Epson lists wireless connectivity as included for this model, along with Miracast, Epson iProjection and wireless LAN enterprise security. Check the exact wireless module supplied with your unit when you order — SourceIT can confirm this against the current Epson data sheet revision with your quotation.
How far back does it need to sit for a 100-inch screen?
The throw ratio is 1.32 at the wide end and 2.14 at the tele end, and Epson quotes a 60-inch image between 1.76 and 2.86 metres. Scale from there: a 100-inch 16:9 screen is about 2.21 metres wide, so expect roughly 2.9 to 4.7 metres of throw depending on zoom setting. The 1.6x optical zoom is what gives you that working range.
Is 4,000 lumens enough for a room with the lights on?
Yes for a typical meeting room, boardroom, classroom or lecture theatre with normal ceiling lighting and blinds partly drawn. Epson publishes 4,000 lumens of both white and colour light output, so colours do not dim relative to white. For a lobby, an atrium or a space with direct daylight on the screen, consider a brighter laser model such as the EB-L260F at 4,600 lumens.
Does it need external speakers?
Not usually. The built-in 16 W speaker carries voice and video clips across a mid-sized meeting room or classroom. For a large lecture theatre or anything where music quality matters, feed audio from your source device to a room sound system instead.
How long does the lamp last?
Epson rates the 230 W UHE lamp at 5,500 hours in normal mode and 12,000 hours in eco mode. Power draw is 327 W with the lamp on and 2.0 W in standby, and noise is 37 dB normal or 28 dB in eco. Lamp is a user-replaceable consumable; SourceIT can quote genuine Epson spares.
Can two sources be shown at the same time?
Yes. Split screen is supported, so you can put two inputs side by side — for example a presentation on one half and a live video feed or a second laptop on the other. This is commonly used for hybrid meetings and for workshops where a document and a camera need to be visible together.
What warranty and paperwork do I get from SourceIT?
Every unit is supplied by SourceIT with a three-year Singapore local warranty and a full GST invoice, so the projector can go straight onto your company's asset register and be serviced locally without shipping it overseas.
