True Online Double-Conversion Protection
The Eaton 9E is an online double-conversion UPS rated 6000 VA / 5400 W. It rebuilds a clean, regulated sine wave output continuously, so connected equipment is isolated from sags, surges, frequency drift and noise on the incoming supply, with zero transfer time to battery. In a 3U rack chassis (Eaton model code "Eaton 9E 6000i Rack3U") it suits a full server rack, a comms room or an edge site.
High Efficiency, Tight Regulation
Eaton lists 94% efficiency at maximum load, 0.9 output power factor, output regulation within ±1% and an input window of 176–276 V (100–276 V with derating), with an input power factor above 0.99.
Hot-Swappable Batteries and Flexible Outputs
Fifteen internal sealed lead-acid batteries are hot-swappable, and runtime can be extended with Eaton 9E rack external battery modules. Outputs are eight IEC C13 and two IEC C19 plus a hardwired output; the input is hardwired. A multilingual LCD, USB (HID), RS232, a remote power-off terminal and one network-card slot integrate with Eaton Intelligent Power Manager and Intelligent Power Protector.
