UHD 4K Camera with 120° Ultra-Wide View
The 8 MP Sony 1/1.8-inch CMOS sensor captures 4K video at 30 fps across a 120° ultra-wide field of view with 5x e-PTZ zoom. AI features — Auto Framing, Speaker Tracking and Smart Area Exposure — keep every participant clearly framed and correctly exposed even in rooms with strong window backlight, and an electric lens cap covers the lens automatically for privacy.
8 MEMS Microphones and Full-Duplex Audio
The built-in 8 MEMS microphone array (72 dB SNR) with noise cancellation, echo cancellation and full-duplex processing captures natural conversation, while the 5 W high-fidelity speaker (105 Hz–20 kHz, 84 dB SPL @ 1 W @ 0.5 m) fills the room with clear far-end audio. For longer tables, add Yealink VCM36-W wireless or VCM35 wired expansion microphones.
Simple BYOD Deployment and Management

What is the difference between the UVC40 E2 and the original UVC40?
The E2 is the newer generation: 8 MP Sony 1/1.8-inch sensor, 120° view, 5x e-PTZ, Smart Area Exposure, TV-mount bracket in the box and a much lighter 1.37 kg body (vs 2.56 kg). The original UVC40 uses a 20 MP 1-inch sensor with a 133° view and 8x e-PTZ and ships here as a BYOD Box kit.
What room size suits the UVC40 E2?
It is designed for small and medium rooms (roughly 1–7 people). For longer tables, add VCM36-W wireless or VCM35 wired expansion microphones through the bar's microphone port.
