Yealink RoomSensor for Intelligent Meeting Room Automation
The Yealink RoomSensor is a compact, wireless occupancy sensor that makes Yealink meeting rooms intelligent. Using passive-infrared detection across a 120° field, it senses when participants enter and automatically wakes the room system — so the display, touch panel and meeting interface are ready before anyone touches a control. It also monitors the room environment, reporting real-time temperature and humidity to the MTouch Plus or room dashboard.
Wireless, Cable-Free Deployment
Operating over Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), the RoomSensor requires no cabling or power runs — mount it where coverage is best and it simply pairs with the room system. The detection angle adjusts ±20° to fine-tune coverage for the room layout.
Smarter Room Utilisation
Occupancy data feeds Yealink's room management ecosystem, helping facilities teams understand how spaces are actually used — identifying ghost bookings and under-used rooms — while the auto-wake behaviour removes friction from every meeting start.
