TP-Link Archer TX20UH AX1800 High Gain Wireless USB Adapter
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
TP-Link AX1800 High Gain Wireless USB Adapter (Archer TX20UH) - 3 Years Local Warranty
The Archer TX20UH is the upright, cradle-mounted Wi-Fi 6 adapter in TP-Link's Singapore USB range: 111.7 mm tall with two high-gain dual-band antennas and a USB 3.0 Cradle in the box, so it stands on the desk rather than protruding from the machine. Published rates are 1201 Mbps on 5 GHz and 574 Mbps on 2.4 GHz.
Desk-Standing Cradle Included
The USB 3.0 Cradle listed in the package contents is the defining feature. It lifts the adapter off the rear panel of a desktop, away from a metal chassis and out of the shadow of a monitor stand, which in practice is the largest single factor in real-world Wi-Fi performance on a tower PC. The antennas then fold and rotate so they can be aimed at the access point. TP-Link's overview copy describes the product as SuperSpeed USB 3.0, up to 10x faster transfer speeds than USB 2.0, and backwards compatible.
Two High-Gain Dual-Band Antennas
TP-Link publishes two high-gain dual-band antennas for this model, with a status LED on the body, and transmission power of 19dBm(FCC) / 16dBm(CE) (EIRP) at 5 GHz and 19dBm(FCC) / 14.5dBm(CE) (EIRP) at 2.4 GHz. The published overview copy credits the high-gain antennas and Beamforming with broader coverage. Where an internal laptop card or a flush dongle drops out at the edge of a flat, an upright high-gain adapter on a cradle is the practical thing to move to.
AX1800 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6
Published signal rates are up to 1201 Mbps at 5 GHz under 802.11ax, with 867 Mbps 11ac, 300 Mbps 11n and 54 Mbps 11a fallbacks, and 574 Mbps at 2.4 GHz under 802.11ax with 400 Mbps 11n, 54 Mbps 11g and 11 Mbps 11b below it. Security is published as WEP, WPA/WPA2/WPA3 and WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK, so WPA3 networks are supported. Certification is published as FCC, CE, RoHS. Published rates are physical-layer maximums, not measured throughput.
Windows Only
Published system requirements are Windows 10 and 11; no macOS version is published for this model. Drivers are published for Windows 10 and Windows 11 in both 64-bit and 32-bit builds, and the hardware version is V1. The published environment figures are an operating temperature of 0°C~40°C, operating humidity of 10%~90% non-condensing and storage humidity of 5%~90% non-condensing.
Ideal For
Singapore desktop users and small offices on Windows where the PC sits under a desk or against a wall and signal is the limiting factor — the cradle-mounted design is the practical answer to a metal case blocking the antenna. Supplied by SourceIT with local Singapore warranty, GST invoice and volume pricing on request.

TP-Link publishes no Interface row, no reception-sensitivity table and no net weight for this model, so none is stated here — although a USB 3.0 Cradle is listed in the package contents.
TP-Link's page carries the footnotes "Models' appearances and specifications are not determined and will be updated accordingly. Please use the product images only for reference." and "Some features may require software upgrades or subscriptions.", reproduced here as published.
Transmission power is published as two separate regulatory-domain figures for each band, one FCC and one CE. Both are reproduced exactly as published; they are ratings for the same hardware under different regulatory regimes, not a change of specification.

Frequently Asked Questions — Archer TX20UH
Is a cradle included?
Yes. TP-Link lists a USB 3.0 Cradle in the package contents, which lets the adapter stand on the desk away from the computer.
What makes this the upright model?
The Archer TX20UH is a 111.7 mm upright design and TP-Link lists a USB 3.0 Cradle in its package contents, so it stands on the desk rather than protruding from the machine. Tell us which model code you need and we will supply that one.
Does it work on a Mac?
TP-Link publishes Windows 10 and 11 only for this model. No macOS version is published for this model.
Does it support WPA3?
Yes. The published security row lists WEP, WPA/WPA2/WPA3 and WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK.
Why are two transmission-power figures listed for each band?
TP-Link publishes a separate FCC and CE figure per band: 19dBm(FCC) / 16dBm(CE) (EIRP) at 5 GHz and 19dBm(FCC) / 14.5dBm(CE) (EIRP) at 2.4 GHz. These are ratings for the same hardware under two regulatory regimes.
What warranty applies in Singapore?
3 Years Local Warranty (Singapore). TP-Link Singapore's replacement-warranty policy states a three-year default and does not list USB wireless adapters among its exception categories.
Can SourceIT quote quantity?
