TP-Link Festa FS352GP 52-Port Gigabit Smart Switch with 48-Port PoE+
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
TP-Link 52-Port Gigabit Smart Switch with 48-Port PoE+ (Festa FS352GP) - 3 Years Local Warranty
The Festa FS352GP is a 52-port rack switch built for a floor of PoE devices: 48 Gigabit PoE+ ports sharing a 384 W budget, four Gigabit SFP slots for uplinks, and cloud management through the Festa Cloud-Based Controller. It is the largest switch in TP-Link's Festa range and the one to specify when a single cabinet has to power an entire building's cameras, access points and phones.
48 PoE+ Ports Sharing a 384 W Budget
All 48 RJ45 ports are 802.3at PoE+ and 802.3af PoE compliant and each can deliver up to 30 W, drawing on a total budget of 384 W. That budget is what decides a real deployment: 384 W comfortably carries a full complement of IP cameras or door controllers at 6–15 W each, while a floor of 25–30 W Wi-Fi 6 access points will use it up well before all 48 ports are populated. TP-Link notes its PoE budget figures come from laboratory testing and are not guaranteed, varying with the connected devices and the environment.
104 Gbps of Switching Capacity for a Fully Loaded Chassis
The FS352GP is rated at 104 Gbps switching capacity and 77.38 Mpps packet forwarding, which is non-blocking across all 52 interfaces. A 16 K MAC address table and 12 Mbit packet buffer let it sit at the centre of a busy floor without dropping frames during bursts, and 9 KB jumbo frame support keeps storage and backup traffic efficient. This is the headroom that separates a core-of-floor switch from a wiring-closet aggregation box.
Four Gigabit SFP Slots for Fibre or Long Uplinks
Four Gigabit SFP slots sit alongside the copper ports for uplinks to a core switch or a run between buildings where copper cannot reach. Because they are shared across the same switching fabric, an SFP uplink carries the same wire-rate performance as the RJ45 ports. TP-Link publishes these as Gigabit SFP slots on this model — check the optics you order match that rate rather than assuming 10G compatibility.
L2+ Routing, VLANs and ACLs Without a Separate Router
The FS352GP is an L2+ switch: it supports 16 IPv4/IPv6 IP interfaces and 32 static routes, so inter-VLAN traffic can be routed on the switch itself rather than hair-pinning through a gateway. Alongside that it carries a DHCP server, DHCP relay and L2 relay, spanning tree, loopback detection, 802.1ab LLDP/LLDP-MED for voice and AP discovery, IGMP snooping, rate limiting, storm control and port isolation, plus a full combined and IPv6 access control list.
Zero-Touch Provisioning Across Multiple Sites
Adopted into the Festa Cloud-Based Controller, the switch provisions itself: plug it in on site, and configuration, firmware and policy arrive from the cloud. Festa's management set covers auto topology, multi-site management, batch firmware upgrading, batch configuration, integrated troubleshooting tools, network status monitoring and alerting. For an installer running several premises that is the difference between one visit per site and one console for all of them.
Rack Mountable, Three Fans, Physical Lock Point
The FS352GP is a 1U rack-mount unit measuring 440 x 330 x 44 mm with three fans and a Kensington-style physical security lock point, and it runs on 100–240 V AC at 50/60 Hz — correct for Singapore mains without an adapter. Operating temperature is 0–50 °C, wider than the fanless models in the range, which matters in a cabinet with limited ventilation. The box includes the power cord, rackmount kit and silicon feet.
Ideal For
Singapore offices, schools, hotels, warehouses and MSPs powering a full floor of IP cameras, access points, door controllers or VoIP phones from one cabinet, and installers who want per-site switches they can provision and monitor centrally. Supplied by SourceIT with local Singapore warranty, GST invoice and project pricing on request.

TP-Link's PoE budget footnote reads: “PoE budget calculations are based on laboratory testing. The actual PoE power budget is not guaranteed and will vary due to client limitations and environmental factors.” TP-Link publishes no power-consumption or weight figure for this model, so none is stated here.
Compatibility & Software Support
Festa is TP-Link's cloud-managed range for small and medium business. Every Festa switch, router and access point is adopted into one Festa Cloud-Based Controller and managed together from the Festa App or the Festa Web Portal, so a multi-site network is configured, monitored and updated from a single view rather than device by device.
| Festa Cloud-Based Controller | Supported — adopt and manage centrally, with zero-touch provisioning and batch configuration |
| Festa App | Supported — remote management from iOS and Android |
| Festa Web Portal | Supported — browser-based central management |
| Cloud Access | Free cloud access, per TP-Link's published Festa terms |
| Standalone Web Management | Supported — the switch can also be configured on its own web interface |
TP-Link publishes this caveat on the Festa range: “Festa currently offers free cloud access for centralized management and reserves the right to apply fees in the future.”

Frequently Asked Questions — Festa FS352GP
How many devices can the 384 W budget actually power?
It depends entirely on what you connect. At roughly 6–15 W each, a full 48 ports of IP cameras or door controllers fits inside 384 W. Wi-Fi 6 access points drawing 25–30 W each will exhaust the budget after roughly 13–15 ports. Add up the PoE draw of your actual device list before assuming all 48 ports can run at once, and treat TP-Link's figure as a laboratory rating rather than a guarantee.
Does the FS352GP need a controller to work?
No. It runs standalone through its own web interface. Adopting it into the Festa Cloud-Based Controller is what adds zero-touch provisioning, batch firmware and configuration, auto topology and multi-site management, and TP-Link currently provides that cloud access free of charge.
What warranty does SourceIT provide?
Three years local Singapore warranty. Every Festa FS352GP sold by SourceIT comes with a GST invoice.
Can SourceIT quote this for a project or tender?
Yes. Send the bill of materials and we will quote the whole Festa build — switching, gateway, access points and optics — with local warranty and support.
