The Targus DOCK403GL-92 is a small, light USB-C dock aimed at the everyday hybrid-work setup: two HDMI monitors, wired network, a card reader for camera cards, and enough power pass-through to skip the separate laptop charger. At 5.56 x 2.06 x 0.69 inches it is easy to leave permanently connected to a home-office monitor or slip into a bag for the office days in between.
Dual 4K HDMI Output
Two HDMI 2.0 ports support a single display or dual displays at up to 4K@60Hz each on Windows hosts using multi-stream transport (MST); on Mac and iPad hosts, the second port mirrors the first rather than extending the desktop, which is a platform limitation rather than a dock limitation. For most home and branch-office setups running dual external monitors off a Windows notebook, that is exactly the dual-4K experience people expect from a dock this size.
140W EPR Pass-Through and a Built-In Card Reader
Power pass-through reaches up to 140W with a USB PD 3.1 Extended Power Range (EPR) charger and a compatible host, stepping down to 100W on standard PD 3.0 hardware - again, one charger for both dock and notebook. An SD and microSD card reader is built in, useful for anyone regularly offloading photos or footage without hunting for a separate reader. Like the rest of Targus's current mobile dock line, it is manufactured from post-consumer recycled aluminum and plastic under the EcoSmart design programme.

Compatibility
Host connection. Connects to a USB-C host port supporting USB-C Alt Mode video output. No Thunderbolt or USB4 requirement - a standard USB-C DisplayPort Alt Mode port is sufficient.
Operating systems. Supports Windows, macOS, Android and Chrome OS/Linux hosts. On Windows, dual HDMI output can extend the desktop across two monitors via multi-stream transport (MST); on macOS and iPadOS, the second HDMI output mirrors the first rather than extending it, which is an Apple platform limitation rather than a dock limitation.
