Logitech Tap Scheduler 2 — Next-Generation Scheduling Panel for Meeting Rooms
The Logitech Tap Scheduler 2 (952-000295) is a purpose-built 10.1" scheduling panel that mounts outside a meeting room and makes it easy to find a free space and book it on the spot. Brighter and more visible from a distance than before, it helps teams make the most of the office layout, and it configures with the scheduling app your organisation already uses — Microsoft Teams Panel, Zoom Rooms Scheduling Display, Robin, Appspace or Logitech Room Booking.
Highly Visible Status LEDs and a Presence-Activated Display
Bright status LEDs show at a glance whether a room is available, whether you are standing at the door or at the far end of a long corridor. Radar motion sensors wake the touchscreen as someone approaches and let it sleep when nobody is around, saving energy, while the display shows room details and gives immediate access to booking a meeting now or later.
Glass, Mullion and Wall Mounting Included
Tap Scheduler 2 ships with a multi-surface mount for glass or drywall and a mullion mount, plus mounting hardware, so it can go up outside almost any room. It also works with existing Tap Scheduler mounts, which simplifies upgrades. Cables can be routed through the wall, downward or to the side, and a single PoE cable carries both power and data. An optional angle mount is sold separately.
Logitech Sync, Auto Provisioning and Logitech Spot Integration
Manage Tap Scheduler 2 alongside your other Logitech devices in Logitech Sync, Microsoft Teams Admin Center or Zoom Device Management. Automatic provisioning connects each panel to Sync and configures it with your settings for faster large deployments. Paired with Logitech Spot occupancy detection, it can show when spaces are in use and automatically book or release rooms when attendees do not show up — insights and automatic booking and release require a Logitech service plan licence.
