Logitech Tap IP 2 — Next-Generation Network-Connected Touch Controller for Meeting Rooms
The Logitech Tap IP 2 is a 10.1" touch controller that gives every meeting room the same simple way to join meetings, share content, mute and switch the camera on or off. It is network connected rather than tethered to the room system by USB, so it can sit wherever it suits the table layout, and it works as the touch controller for Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android, Zoom Rooms and Google Meet. This is the Graphite model (952-000289).
Responsive 10.1" 1920 x 1200 Touch Display
The 10.1" IPS anti-glare display runs at 1920 x 1200 with 380 nits brightness, a 1500:1 contrast ratio and 10-point capacitive multi-touch. An oleophobic coating resists fingerprints, and the 14° position angle and 80° viewing angle keep the screen easy to read from a seat at the table. Available meeting controls vary by video platform.
Presence-Activated, Low-Profile Design
PIR and radar motion sensors wake Tap IP 2 automatically as people walk into the room — motion sensing still works when the controller is mounted upside down on a wall. An ambient light sensor and accelerometer are built in, and the low-profile housing keeps a discreet presence on the table.
Single-Cable PoE Installation, Flexible Mounting and Logitech Sync
One category cable carries both power and data using standard IEEE 802.3af PoE, with internal cable retention and strain relief and cable exits to the horizontal, vertical or centre. Table, riser and wall mounts are sold separately, and existing Tap and Tap IP mounts — such as the Logitech Table Mount for Tap and Logitech Wall Mount for Tap — can be reused. Tap IP 2 runs Logitech CollabOS and is managed alongside other Logitech room devices in Logitech Sync, with automatic provisioning that connects each unit to Sync and applies your settings for faster large-scale rollouts.

Compatibility & Room System Support
Tap IP 2 is the touch controller for Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android, Zoom Rooms and Google Meet rooms. It connects to the room over the network, so the room system and controller only need to share the LAN rather than a dedicated USB run.
Logitech publishes a platform certification and compatibility matrix for its CollabOS devices; check it for the latest supported room systems before deployment. It pairs naturally with Logitech video bars such as the Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini and Rally Bar Huddle.
Where the network switch does not provide PoE, a PoE injector such as the Logitech PoE Injector with Plug Set can power the controller over its single Ethernet cable.
