This Logitech room solution bundle (991-000401) pairs the RoomMate compute appliance with a Tap IP network touch controller and the Logitech Compute Mount. RoomMate is certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android and Zoom Rooms Appliances; Tap IP is certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android, Zoom Rooms Appliances, Zoom Rooms for Windows and Mac, and Google Meet on Android. Together they replace the Windows room PC and its maintenance overhead with a managed appliance.
Add Your Existing Camera — No Camera Included
The bundle deliberately ships without a camera so it can be matched to the room. Logitech certifies RoomMate with MeetUp, Rally Camera, Rally System and Rally Plus System, which makes this the natural upgrade for Singapore offices that already own Logitech cameras and want to move from a PC-based room to a native appliance room without replacing the optics or re-cabling the table.
Clean Single-Cable Install with PoE and the Compute Mount
Tap IP runs on one Cat5e cable up to 100 m from the switch as an 802.3af Type 1, Class 3 PoE device drawing under 15.4 W. The included Compute Mount (952-000097) secures RoomMate under the table or behind the display with a cable retention clamp, and also fits 75 x 75 and 100 x 100 mm VESA small-form-factor PCs and Intel NUC if the room changes later.
Managed Centrally, Encrypted End To End
Both devices run Logitech CollabOS with full disk AES-128 encryption and PKI-based data encryption, and report into Logitech Sync for remote monitoring, firmware updates, provisioning and room usage analytics. RoomMate drives one, two or three displays over its two HDMI 1.4 outputs, with an HDMI input available for wired content sharing.

Compatibility & Software Support
Certified platforms. RoomMate is certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android and Zoom Rooms Appliances. Tap IP is certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android, Zoom Rooms Appliances, Zoom Rooms for Windows, Zoom Rooms for Mac and Google Meet on Android. Note that Google Meet is certified on the Tap IP controller but not on the RoomMate appliance, so a Google Meet room cannot be built from this bundle alone.
Cameras to add. Logitech certifies RoomMate with MeetUp, Rally Camera, Rally System and Rally Plus System. Scribe and Swytch also appear in Logitech's RoomMate compatibility tables, so a whiteboard camera or a BYOD laptop link can be added to the room later.
Verified audio partners. Biamp, Extron, Nureva, Q-SYS/QSC and Shure.
Management. Both devices run Logitech CollabOS and report into Logitech Sync for remote monitoring, firmware updates, provisioning and room analytics. Platform-side administration continues in the Microsoft Teams admin center or Zoom Device Management.
Multi-camera behaviour. On Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android only one camera is used at a time. On Zoom Rooms, simultaneous multi-camera is supported from CollabOS 1.14, but not when a USB-connected Tap is used — which is one reason this bundle ships the network-connected Tap IP.

Is a Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms licence included?

RoomMate uses its included 19 V / 4.74 A power supply — it is not PoE. Tap IP is PoE only (802.3af Type 1, Class 3, under 15.4 W), so it needs a PoE switch port or an injector such as the Logitech PoE Injector with Plug Set (952-000074). Tap IP can sit up to 100 m from the powered port over Cat5e.
