Lenovo ThinkSmart Hub For Zoom
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Lenovo ThinkSmart Hub for Zoom (11H3000-6SG) - 3 Years Local Warranty
Before You Read On: This Model Has Been Superseded
Lenovo has replaced this model and we are not holding stock of it. The current equivalent is Lenovo ThinkSmart Hub Gen 2 for Zoom (11H3000KSG). Everything below stays accurate for the unit as Lenovo built it, so you can compare the two — but if you are specifying a room today, specify the successor. If you are matching a room that already runs this part number, ask us and we will check availability through Lenovo rather than guess at it.
A Meeting Room Controller With Its Own Screen, Microphones and Speakers
The Hub is an all-in-one: a 10.1-inch Full HD touchscreen that rotates through 360° so it works in the middle of a conference table, four omnidirectional microphones capturing all the way round, four tuned 3 W speakers, and an infrared occupancy sensor that wakes the room when someone walks in. An LED ring on the hinge shows meeting status from across the room. It is preloaded with Zoom Rooms and runs on Windows IoT Enterprise for Collaboration.
There Is No Camera in It
Second, because it matters more than anything else here. Lenovo's PSREF specification states "No camera" for this machine type. The Hub captures audio and provides the touch control surface; the video comes from a camera you add. Nor does it include the room display. For a working room, budget for a camera and a screen alongside it — and ask us, because we sell both.
Cabling That Was Actually Thought About
The Hub uses Lenovo's ThinkSmart One Cable, which carries three USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, a USB-C data port, two HDMI outputs, gigabit Ethernet and power down a single run to the table. Both a 0.61 m and a 1.83 m cable are in the box per Lenovo's specification. It drives up to three independent displays — its own panel plus two over HDMI — and secures with a lock box and a Kensington slot.
Specification note. Lenovo publishes ThinkSmart specifications at family level in PSREF rather than per part number, and for several items in this range Lenovo's PSREF sheet and its own marketing datasheet give different figures. Where that happens this page shows the disagreement rather than picking the more flattering number, and where Lenovo publishes nothing at all it says so instead of estimating. Certification claims are checked against Microsoft's and Zoom's own certified-hardware listings, not just Lenovo's wording. A room system is an installation rather than a purchase: tell us the room and we will confirm the exact configuration with Lenovo before anything is ordered. Specifications and prices are subject to change by Lenovo without notice.

Platform & Certification
| Preloaded Platform | Zoom Rooms |
| Independent Confirmation | Zoom's Spaces certified-hardware list does not currently name any ThinkSmart Hub. Lenovo publishes the Zoom Rooms preload; we report that, and report that Zoom's own list does not corroborate a certification |
| Camera | None in this device. Add a certified camera separately |
| Configuration for This Part Number | Not published. Lenovo's Hub datasheets describe two different builds — 8 GB with a 128 GB drive on Windows 10 in one, 16 GB with 256 GB on Windows 11 in another — and PSREF spans both as "up to". Ask us to confirm before ordering |
| Is the Platform Licence Included? | Not published by Lenovo. Lenovo's datasheets say the platform is "preloaded" or the device is "certified", which describes the software image and the testing programme rather than the subscription entitlement. Budget for the platform licence separately unless we confirm otherwise for your order |
Compatibility & Fit
The Hub has a screen, microphones and speakers — but no camera
Lenovo's PSREF specification states "No camera" for this machine type. The Hub is a genuinely capable all-in-one: a 10.1-inch touchscreen that rotates through 360° so it works in the middle of a table, four omnidirectional microphones for 360° capture, four tuned speakers, and an occupancy sensor. What it does not have is a camera, and it does not include the room display either.
For a working room you will also need a camera and a display. The Hub drives up to three independent displays — its own panel plus two over HDMI — so it is designed to sit at the centre of a room you build around it. Ask us and we will quote the camera and the screen with it.
About the name "Gen 2"
Lenovo's own support database calls every part in this range simply ThinkSmart Hub Teams (machine type 11H1) or ThinkSmart Hub Zoom (11H3) — there is no "Gen 2" in Lenovo's part naming, and PSREF has no separate Gen 2 product. "Gen 2" is a marketing name that distinguishes this range from the older ThinkSmart Hub 500 (machine type 10V5). It is not a second generation of the 11H1 or 11H3 hardware — the processor is the same 8th Generation Core i5 in both Lenovo's Hub PSREF sheet and its Hub Gen 2 datasheet.
What that matters for: Microsoft's certified-hardware list carries "Lenovo ThinkSmart Hub Gen 2", not plain "ThinkSmart Hub". If your procurement requires a device that appears on Microsoft's list by name, that is the name to quote. Lenovo's PSREF sheet also spans two very different configurations — 8 GB with a 128 GB drive on Windows 10 in one datasheet, 16 GB with 256 GB on Windows 11 in another — and does not say which applies to which part number. Ask us to confirm the memory, storage and Windows version for your specific SKU before ordering.
What you still need to supply. The display or displays and their mounting, the power and network drops, and the platform licence. You will also need a camera, which this device does not include. A room system is an installation rather than a box — tell us the room and we will put a complete bill of materials together with you.
Package Contents & ThinkSmart Ordering Information

PSREF is Lenovo's own Product Specifications Reference and is the source for every figure on this page unless the table says otherwise. PSREF publishes per model rather than per part number, so this SKU does not appear inside the PDF itself. Where a Lenovo datasheet and PSREF disagree, both are listed above and the page shows the conflict.
Frequently Asked Questions — Lenovo ThinkSmart Hub for Zoom
Does the ThinkSmart Hub have a built-in camera?
No. Lenovo's PSREF specification states "No camera" for this machine type. The Hub gives you the screen, the touch control, four 360° microphones and four speakers; the video comes from a separate camera. It also does not include the room display. Ask us and we will quote a certified camera and a screen with it.
What is the difference between the Hub and the Hub Gen 2?
In Lenovo's own part naming, nothing — its support database calls every part in this range simply "ThinkSmart Hub Teams" or "ThinkSmart Hub Zoom", and PSREF has no separate Gen 2 product. "Gen 2" is a marketing name that distinguishes this range from the older ThinkSmart Hub 500, machine type 10V5. The processor is the same 8th Generation Core i5 in both Lenovo's PSREF sheet and its Gen 2 datasheet. It matters for one practical reason: Microsoft's certified-hardware list uses the name "ThinkSmart Hub Gen 2".
How much memory and storage does this exact part number have?
Lenovo does not publish it per part number. Its Zoom Hub datasheet describes 8 GB with a 128 GB drive on Windows 10 IoT; its Gen 2 Teams datasheet describes 16 GB with 256 GB on Windows 11 IoT; PSREF covers both as "up to 16 GB" and "up to 256 GB". We are not going to pick the flattering one. Ask us and we will confirm the build for your order with Lenovo.
What resolution is the screen?
Lenovo's PSREF sheet says 1920 x 1200 at 16:10. Lenovo's Hub Gen 2 datasheet says 1920 x 1080 while also saying 16:10 — which cannot both be true, since 1920 x 1080 is 16:9. We publish PSREF's figure and show you the disagreement rather than hiding it.
Is the platform licence included?
Lenovo does not publish an answer. Its datasheets say the platform is "preloaded" or that the device is "certified", which describes the software image and the testing programme rather than the subscription entitlement. What Lenovo does state as included on some datasheets is its own software and services — ThinkSmart Manager Premium for the first year, and Premier Support. Budget for the Microsoft or Zoom platform licence separately, and ask us: we will confirm it for your order before you commit.
What room size is it for?
Lenovo's Zoom datasheet says "conference rooms of all sizes", which is marketing rather than sizing. Lenovo publishes no participant counts or room dimensions, so we will not invent any. Send us the room's dimensions and table layout and we will size it properly, including the camera and display it needs.
What warranty applies in Singapore?
Lenovo publishes 3-year limited onsite service for this product. Every unit SourceIT sells also carries local Singapore warranty support and a GST invoice.
