Online Double-Conversion Protection with an 8–10 Year Lithium Battery
The Eaton 9PX3000IRT2U-L is the largest model in the 9PX Lithium-ion 1000–3000 VA range: a 3000 VA online double-conversion UPS in a 2U rack/tower chassis with lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries. For Singapore server rooms, network cabinets and edge sites it delivers clean, regulated power continuously, and Eaton rates the battery for 8–10 years of service life.
Fewer battery replacements over the life of the UPS mean lower total cost of ownership and fewer site visits to unmanned cabinets and branch offices.
3000 VA / 2400 W, Rising to 3000 W with a Battery Module
Eaton rates the 9PX3000IRT2U-L at 3000 VA / 2400 W on its own and 3000 VA / 3000 W when an extended battery module (EBM) is connected. Power is delivered through 8 IEC C13 and 2 IEC C19 outlets in 2 switchable groups, with efficiency of up to 94% online and up to 98% in high-efficiency mode. The input accepts 176–276 V without derating (100–276 V with derating).
Scalable Runtime with 1U Lithium Battery Modules
Up to four 9PXEBM72RT1U-L battery modules, each only 1U, can be added. Eaton publishes 10.5 minutes at 2400 W on the internal battery, 28 minutes with one EBM and 78 minutes with four.
Managed and Rack-Ready
USB and RS232, a mini-terminal block for remote ON/OFF and remote power off, and an output relay are standard, with a slot for an Eaton Gigabit Network card for SNMP/web monitoring and network shutdown.
Supplied Locally with GST Invoice and 5-Year Warranty

What It Is Suited To
The 9PX3000IRT2U-L suits a rack of servers, switches, firewalls and storage up to 2400 W (3000 W with an EBM connected). The input is an IEC C20 (16 A) inlet, so plan for a 16 A supply or a C19-equipped PDU upstream.
Monitoring and Shutdown
Use USB or RS232 for a single host, or add an Eaton Gigabit Network card for SNMP/web monitoring and orderly multi-server or virtualised shutdown with Eaton Intelligent Power Manager.
Outlets
8 x IEC C13 and 2 x IEC C19. Equipment with BS 1363 (Type G) plugs needs an IEC lead or an IEC-input power strip.
