An All-Fibre Industrial Backbone
The D-Link DIS-700G-28XS is a 19-inch rack-mount industrial Layer 2+ managed switch with 24 x SFP ports and 4 x 10G SFP+ slots (1G SFP backwards compatible), built to aggregate fibre rings and field switches in utilities, transport and industrial plants.
Hardened for the Field
The fanless IP30 design operates from -40 to +75 °C and is tested for vibration (IEC 60068-2-6), shock (IEC 60068-2-27) and free fall (IEC 60068-2-32), with EN 61000-6-2 / 6-4 industrial EMC.
High Availability
Dual 20–57 VDC inputs, a 2 A alarm relay, STP/RSTP/MSTP, LACP and D-Link's fast failover protection rings (link loss recovery under 20 ms) protect critical traffic.
Advanced Security and QoS
Multi-layer ACLs, IEEE 802.1X with RADIUS, storm control, up to 2048 VLANs, IGMP v1/v2/v3 with up to 512 multicast groups and SPQ/WRR scheduling with per-port, per-queue shaping.
