The D-Link DEM-QX10Q-LR4 is a 40GBASE-LR4 QSFP+ transceiver for 40G Ethernet links of up to 10 km over single-mode 9/125 µm fibre, using a duplex LC connector — for building-to-building, campus backbone and data-centre interconnect uplinks between 40G switches.

Hot Pluggable, MSA and IEEE 802.3ba Compliant

The module complies with IEEE 802.3ba and the QSFP+ MSA, is RoHS compliant, runs on 3.3 V and is hot pluggable. D-Link lists Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM) on the product page.
