Integrator kit for large rooms
The Cisco Room Kit Pro (CS-KITPRO-K9) bundles the Cisco Codec Pro, the Cisco Quad Camera and a Cisco Room Navigator touch controller. Cisco designed Room Kit Pro for large boardrooms, auditoriums, classroom theatres, conference rooms and purpose-built workspaces.
Cisco Quad Camera
The Quad Camera uses four sensors (up to 20 MP, 5056 × 3888 resolution) with intelligent switching: a wide lens with an 83° horizontal field of view and three 50° tele-lenses, with 5x zoom. It outputs 1080p at up to 60 fps and supports automatic group framing and speaker tracking.
Microphones and speaker in the camera
An 8-element microphone array in the Quad Camera drives speaker tracking, and its loudspeaker system (one full-range and two low-frequency drivers, up to 90 dB SPL) provides room audio. Larger rooms add Cisco table or ceiling microphones and external amplification through the Codec Pro.
Cisco Codec Pro
Codec Pro is built for integrator-designed rooms: six video inputs (five HDMI plus one 3G-SDI), three HDMI outputs for up to three screens, eight phantom-powered Euroblock microphone inputs and six balanced line outputs, with eight separate echo cancellers and an 8-port audio mixer. Up to eight Cisco IP microphones can also connect over PoE.
Webex, Microsoft Teams Rooms and interoperability
On RoomOS, the kit joins Webex natively and Microsoft Teams (VIMT, WebRTC), Zoom (SIP) and Google Meet (WebRTC) through interoperability. It can alternatively run Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android.
End-of-Sale announced by Cisco
Cisco has announced End-of-Sale for this kit (End-of-Sale 19 May 2026, last ship 17 August 2026) and names the Room Kit Pro G2 with Quad Camera (CS-KPRO-Q-L-K9) as its migration path. Cisco support continues until 31 May 2031; see the Compatibility section for all dates.

Cisco End-of-Sale notice
Cisco announced the End-of-Sale and End-of-Life of the Codec Pro and Room Kit Pro on 16 February 2026. For CS-KITPRO-K9: End-of-Sale date 19 May 2026; last ship date 17 August 2026; end of software maintenance releases 18 May 2028; end of new service attachment 19 May 2027; last date of support 31 May 2031. Cisco's named migration part is CS-KPRO-Q-L-K9 (Cisco Room Kit Pro G2, First Light, Codec Pro G2 with Quad Camera and Room Navigator). Units already deployed remain supported by Cisco until the last date of support.
Meeting platforms
RoomOS: native Webex meetings with Microsoft Teams (VIMT, WebRTC), Zoom (SIP) and Google Meet (WebRTC) interoperability. Alternatively, Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android, with One Button to Push access to Webex meetings.
Software
