A 27-inch 4K collaboration device for executive desks and focus rooms
The Cisco Desk Pro (CS-DESKPRO-K9), formerly the Webex Desk Pro, is an all-in-one desktop video device that combines a 27-inch 4K touchscreen, a 12MP 4K camera, directional speakers and an 8-element microphone array. It runs Cisco RoomOS for video meetings, content sharing and whiteboarding, and doubles as a 4K monitor and USB-C dock for a laptop. Cisco has announced end-of-sale for this model; see the Compatibility section for dates and the Cisco-named replacement.
27-inch 4K touchscreen with stylus
The 3840 x 2160 IPS LED panel has optically bonded cover glass, projected capacitive multi-touch, 300 cd/m² brightness, 1.07 billion colours and 100% sRGB coverage. A stylus with two spare tips is included for whiteboarding and annotating shared content.
12MP 4K camera
The integrated 4K Ultra HD camera uses a 12MP 1/2.8-inch CMOS sensor with Dual Pixel technology and an f/2.0 lens, giving a 71° horizontal and 59° vertical field of view. It has automatic focus, brightness and white balance, automatic tilt adjustment, and a physical privacy shutter with an LED light.
Directional audio and noise reduction
Left, centre and right speaker channels plus dual woofers in a balanced configuration are driven by 4 x 14W of amplifier power (60 Hz to 20 kHz), so remote participants’ voices come from where they appear on screen. An internal 8-element microphone array works with automatic gain control, automatic noise reduction and keyclick suppression. A 3.5 mm headphone output, USB and Bluetooth headsets are also supported.
Laptop docking over a single USB-C cable
One USB-C cable gives a connected computer 4K60 display extension, touch forwarding on supported operating systems, use of the Desk Pro camera, microphones and speakers with any software client, and laptop charging up to 60W. An HDMI 2.0 input and an HDMI 2.0 output (both up to 4Kp60) add further flexibility.
Webex or Microsoft Teams Rooms
The Desk Pro runs RoomOS 11 or later. In Webex mode it can join Webex, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google meetings; it can also run as a native Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android device. It registers to the Webex cloud, Cisco Unified CM or Cisco Expressway, and supports third-party SIP and H.323 call control.

Operating system and platforms
The Cisco Desk Pro runs RoomOS 11 or later and supports Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android. Supported call control: Webex cloud service, Cisco Unified CM 10.5 or later with the latest device pack, native registration with Cisco Expressway, and third-party H.323 gatekeepers and standards-based SIP proxies.
Encryption
Webex end-to-end encryption, plus H.323 and SIP point-to-point encryption (H.235 v3 and AES) with automatic key generation and exchange.
Optional licences and accessories

Last date of support: 31 March 2031. Cisco names the Cisco Desk Pro G2, Carbon Black (CS-DESKP-C-K9) as the migration product for CS-DESKPRO-K9.

Cisco’s end-of-sale date for CS-DESKPRO-K9 was 16 March 2026. Cisco continues to support it until 31 March 2031, with software maintenance releases until 16 March 2028. The Cisco-named replacement is the Desk Pro G2 (CS-DESKP-C-K9).
Can it charge my laptop?
