A 4K USB webcam for personal workspaces
The Cisco Desk Camera 4K (CD-DSKCAM-C-WW), formerly the Webex Desk Camera, is a USB webcam that connects to a Windows or Mac computer. It pairs a 13MP image sensor with two omni-directional microphones, a built-in privacy shutter and Windows Hello facial recognition, and can be managed by IT through Webex Control Hub. This is the Carbon Black, worldwide (non-US) version. Cisco has announced end-of-sale for this model; see the Compatibility section for dates and the Cisco-named replacement.
Up to 4K at 30 fps
The 13MP sensor supports video streaming and recording at up to 4K at 30 fps, or 1080p and 720p at 60 fps. An 81° diagonal field of view with 10x digital zoom and an adjustable field of view lets users frame themselves for a tight personal view or a wider shot. Face-detection enhanced autofocus keeps the subject sharp.
Privacy shutter and Windows Hello
A built-in privacy shutter covers the lens and mutes and unmutes video. An IR sensor and IR LED support secure facial recognition login through Windows Hello, certified by Microsoft.
Two microphones with noise reduction
Two omni-directional microphones capture 48 kHz audio with background noise reduction (UAC 1.0), so the camera can serve as the voice pickup for a desk without a separate headset.
Works with common meeting apps
The Desk Camera 4K is certified for Microsoft Teams, and Cisco lists it as compatible with Zoom, Google Meet, Skype for Business, BlueJeans, Slack and FaceTime as well as the Webex App. Video and audio run over one USB-C cable; USB-C to USB-A and USB-C to USB-C cables are both included.
Managed through Control Hub
The Cisco Desk Camera app for Windows and macOS gives users camera settings, firmware upgrades and troubleshooting. When used with the Webex App, the camera can be managed by administrators in Webex Control Hub.

Cisco names the Cisco Desk Camera 1080p, Carbon Black, WorldWide (CD-DSKCAMD-C-WW) as the migration product for CD-DSKCAM-C-WW.
