One-Click Wireless Presentation for Huddle Spaces
The Barco ClickShare C-5 Gen-2 is an entry-level wireless presentation base unit for huddle and small meeting rooms. Guests and staff share from a laptop or mobile device through the ClickShare App or natively via AirPlay, Google Cast and Miracast, with 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) output to the room display.
App-Based — No Button in the Box
This article (R9861605NA) ships with no ClickShare Button (Barco's spec sheet lists 0 Buttons); users share with the ClickShare desktop or mobile app. A USB-C ClickShare Button can be added later for one-click sharing.
Gen-2 Connectivity
Gen-2 brings a front USB-C 3.0 and USB-A 3.0 port, DisplayPort over USB-C for video out, and the option to power the unit over USB-C, alongside HDMI 1.4b output and 1 Gbps Ethernet for network integration.

Compatibility & Software Support
Share from Windows 10+, macOS 11+, Android 9+ and iOS 12+ with the ClickShare App, or natively with AirPlay, Google Cast and Miracast. Units can be managed through Barco's XMS Cloud management platform.
Optional one-click sharing: add a ClickShare Gen 4 USB-C Button (R9861600D01C) — Barco lists the C-5 as compatible with the 4th-generation button. Gen-2 units (article numbers R98616xx) add USB 3.0 on all USB ports, DisplayPort over USB-C and USB-C Power Delivery; functions are otherwise the same as Gen-1, per Barco.
