HDMI Over a Single Network Cable
The VE811 kit pairs a VE811T transmitter with a VE811R receiver to carry HDMI video and audio over one Cat 5e/6/6a cable. Put the source in a cabinet or equipment room and the display or projector up to 100 m away.
4K up to 100 m, 1080p up to 150 m
4K reaches 70 m over Cat 5e/6 and 100 m over Cat 6a or ATEN 2L-2910 Cat 6, and 1080p reaches 100 m. Switch both units to Long Reach mode for up to 150 m at 1080p over a single Cat 5e/6 cable.
HDCP 2.2 and CEC
HDMI 3D, Deep Color and 4K formats (4096 x 2160 / 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz 4:2:0 or 30 Hz 4:4:4) are supported with HDCP 2.2, and CEC lets connected HDMI devices respond to a single remote.
Plug and Play, Rack Mountable
No software is needed. The compact metal units have built-in 8 kV / 15 kV ESD protection and mounting brackets.

For 4K beyond 70 m use Cat 6a or ATEN 2L-2910 Cat 6 cable. If you only need 1080p, Long Reach mode stretches a single Cat 5e/6 run to 150 m.

Yes. The VE811 kit includes both the VE811T transmitter and the VE811R receiver, each with its own power adapter.
How far can I send 4K?
Up to 70 m over Cat 5e/6, or 100 m over Cat 6a or ATEN 2L-2910 Cat 6. 1080p reaches 100 m, or 150 m in Long Reach mode.
Does it support 4K at 60 Hz?
Yes, at 4:2:0 chroma. Full 4:4:4 colour is supported at 4K 30 Hz.
Can I run it through a network switch?
No. HDBaseT needs a direct point-to-point Cat cable between transmitter and receiver.
