Frequently Asked Questions — XGIMI MoGo 4
How long does the battery last?
Up to 2.5 hours of video in Eco Mode, or up to 6 hours of music, from the 71.28Wh battery. Adding the PowerBase Stand extends this to up to 5 hours of video.
Can I charge it from a power bank?
It charges via USB Type-C with PD3.0 support. XGIMI publishes power bank requirements on its MoGo 4 support centre.
What is the difference between MoGo 4 and MoGo 4 Laser?
Same size, battery, speakers and Google TV. MoGo 4 uses an LED light source at 450 ISO Lumens with one Sunset filter; MoGo 4 Laser uses a triple laser at 550 ISO Lumens with 110% BT.2020 colour and all four filters included.
Which filters are included?
The Sunset Magnetic Creative Filter is in the box. Lunar, Ripple and Dreamscape are sold separately as a 3-pack.
How big an image can it project?
40 to 200 inches, with a 1.2:1 throw ratio.
What warranty do I get?
