PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
TP-Link Omada PoE Splitter (POE10R) - 5 Years Local Warranty
The POE10R does the opposite job to an injector: it takes a single PoE feed and splits it back into Ethernet data and a selectable DC supply, so a device with no PoE support at all can still live at the end of one cable. Output is switchable between 12 V DC at 1 A, 9 V DC at 1 A and 5 V DC at 2 A, across two Gigabit ports.
Powers Devices That Have No PoE Input
Plenty of useful hardware — older IP cameras, thin clients, small media players, embedded controllers, single-board computers — takes a DC barrel jack and nothing else. The POE10R lets that hardware sit wherever the Ethernet cable reaches, drawing both its data and its power from a PoE switch or injector upstream. It is compatible with IEEE 802.3af compliant power sourcing equipment, and TP-Link publishes power delivery up to 100 metres.
Selectable 12 V, 9 V or 5 V Output
One splitter covers three common DC voltages: 12 V at 1 A, 9 V at 1 A or 5 V at 2 A, selected on the unit. That removes the usual guessing game of matching a splitter to a device, and it means a single spare part serves a mixed estate of cameras and small appliances. Check the device's rated voltage and current against the output you select — the splitter supplies what is chosen, and a device asking for more current than the selected rail provides will not run reliably.
Two Gigabit Ports, Auto MDI/MDIX
Both RJ45 ports are 10/100/1000 Mbps with auto negotiation and auto MDI/MDIX, so the data path through the splitter is unrestricted at Gigabit and the patch leads can be wired either way. The published network media table allows 100 m of Cat5e or Cat6 on 1000BASE-T, so the splitter can sit at the far end of a full-length run with the powered device beside it.
Small, Passive and Ready to Install
At 80.8 × 54 × 24 mm the unit is small enough to tape behind a display, sit inside a camera housing or tuck above a ceiling tile, with a PWR LED reporting state. Nothing is configured: there is no firmware and no interface. The box includes the DC output cable and a Cat5e cable along with the installation guide, so a straightforward install needs nothing else. Operating range is 0 to 40 °C at 10–90% non-condensing humidity.
Ideal For
Singapore sites running cameras, thin clients or small appliances that need DC power where no mains socket exists, and installers standardising on one splitter across 12 V, 9 V and 5 V devices. Supplied by SourceIT with local Singapore warranty, GST invoice and project pricing on request.

Compatibility & Software Support
A PoE adapter is a passive, plug-and-play power device. It carries no firmware, needs no licence, has no web interface and does not appear in an Omada Controller as a device — there is nothing on it to configure. It can, however, power Omada access points, cameras and other powered devices that comply with the standards below, and those devices remain fully manageable from an Omada Software, Hardware or Cloud-Based Controller.
| PoE Source Required | IEEE 802.3af compliant power sourcing equipment — a PoE switch or injector |
| DC Output Options | 12 V DC 1 A, 9 V DC 1 A, or 5 V DC 2 A |
| Link Speeds | 10 / 100 / 1000 Mbps, auto negotiation, auto MDI/MDIX |
| Cable Distance | Power delivered up to 100 m |
| Configuration | None — select the output voltage on the unit; no firmware, no interface |
| Omada Controller | Not adopted; it is a passive power accessory |
Check the power budget of the device you intend to run: a powered device draws what it draws, and an injector only supplies up to its published maximum. Send us the model you are powering and we will confirm the match before you order rather than infer it from a sibling product.

Frequently Asked Questions — POE10R
What does a PoE splitter do?
The reverse of an injector. It receives a PoE feed over one Ethernet cable and separates it into ordinary Ethernet data plus a DC power output, so a device with no PoE support can be powered from that cable.
Which output voltages are available?
12 V DC at 1 A, 9 V DC at 1 A, or 5 V DC at 2 A, selected on the unit. Match the selection to your device's rated voltage and current.
What do I need upstream?
IEEE 802.3af compliant power sourcing equipment — a PoE switch, or an injector such as the TL-POE150S or TL-POE160S.
Does it slow the network link?
No. Both ports are 10/100/1000 Mbps with auto negotiation and auto MDI/MDIX, and TP-Link publishes power delivery up to 100 metres.
What warranty does SourceIT provide?
Five years local Singapore warranty, under Omada's replacement warranty tier for PoE accessories. Every splitter sold by SourceIT comes with a GST invoice.
Can SourceIT quote this for a project?
Yes. Send the bill of materials and we will quote the whole Omada build — switching, access points, cameras, PoE accessories and gateways — with local warranty and support.
