TP-Link Archer AXE95 AXE7800 Tri-Band Wi-Fi 6E Router
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
TP-Link AXE7800 Tri-Band Wi-Fi 6E Router (Archer AXE95) - 3 Years Local Warranty
The Archer AXE95 adds the 6 GHz band to TP-Link's eight-stream tri-band platform: 4802 Mbps on 6 GHz, 2402 Mbps on 5 GHz and 574 Mbps on 2.4 GHz, on a 1.7 GHz quad-core processor with a 2.5 Gbps WAN/LAN port. Wi-Fi 6E's value is a clean band that only 6E clients can use.
A 6 GHz Band Nothing Older Can Touch
The AXE95's fastest radio is its 6 GHz band at 4802 Mbps. What makes Wi-Fi 6E worth having is not only that figure but the exclusivity: no Wi-Fi 5 or Wi-Fi 4 device can transmit on 6 GHz at all, so a recent phone or laptop gets a band with no legacy traffic on it. In a Singapore condominium where neighbouring 5 GHz networks overlap heavily, that separation is the practical benefit.
Eight Streams and Four-Bedroom Coverage
Eight fixed high-performance antennas, Beamforming, a high-power front-end module and 4T4R give TP-Link's rated four-bedroom coverage. Capacity comes from tri-band operation, 4×4 MU-MIMO, OFDMA, Airtime Fairness and DFS across eight streams. Each radio gets its own guest network — 6 GHz, 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz — which allows a properly isolated segment for visitors or IoT gear.
Multi-Gig Wired Ports and Dual USB
Wired networking is a 2.5 Gbps WAN/LAN port, a 1 Gbps WAN/LAN port and three 1 Gbps LAN ports; the first two can each be assigned as WAN or LAN. A USB 3.0 and a USB 2.0 port read NTFS, exFAT, HFS+ and FAT32 volumes and publish them over FTP, a media server or Samba, with Apple Time Machine support. Actual speed is still bounded by the ISP plan, the cabling and the far-end device.
WPA3, HomeShield, OneMesh and Full VPN
Encryption covers WPA3, WPA2, WPA and WPA/WPA2-Enterprise with 802.1x. HomeShield adds real-time IoT protection, a malicious site blocker, intrusion prevention, DDoS attack prevention and a home network scanner, on top of the SPI firewall, access control, IP and MAC binding and an application layer gateway. OpenVPN, PPTP and L2TP run as both server and client, and the router is OneMesh-supported.
Buttons and Certification — Read Before You Order
Two published details worth flagging. First, TP-Link lists only a Power On/Off button and a Reset button for the AXE95 — no WPS, Wi-Fi or LED button appears in the specification table, unlike its AX siblings. Second, the certification row reads "FCC, RoHS" with no CE mark, while the transmission-power row on the same page quotes both FCC and CE limits. Both are reproduced exactly as TP-Link publishes them; ask us if a CE declaration is required for your deployment.
Ideal For
Singapore homes and offices with recent Wi-Fi 6E phones and laptops, a congested 5 GHz environment and a multi-gig fibre plan. Supplied by SourceIT with local Singapore warranty and GST invoice.

Frequently Asked Questions — Archer AXE95
What does Wi-Fi 6E give me over Wi-Fi 6?
An additional 6 GHz band, at 4802 Mbps on this model, that only Wi-Fi 6E client devices can use. Older devices cannot transmit there at all, so it stays clear of legacy traffic.
Will my current phone or laptop use the 6 GHz band?
Only if it is a Wi-Fi 6E or Wi-Fi 7 device. Everything else connects on 5 GHz or 2.4 GHz as usual.
Does it have a WPS button?
TP-Link's published button list for the AXE95 is Power On/Off and Reset only. We have not added buttons the specification table does not list.
What warranty does SourceIT provide?
Three years local Singapore warranty, under TP-Link's published replacement warranty terms, with a GST invoice.
Can SourceIT quote this for an office or a project?
