TP-Link Archer T2UB Nano AC600 Nano Wi-Fi Bluetooth 4.2 USB Adapter
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
TP-Link AC600 Nano Wi-Fi Bluetooth 4.2 USB Adapter (Archer T2UB Nano) - 3 Years Local Warranty
The Archer T2UB Nano puts dual-band 802.11ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.2 into one 15.7 x 7.4 x 19.2 mm USB dongle. One port, two radios — useful on a desktop that has neither, or on a notebook where the built-in Bluetooth has failed and the machine is out of warranty.
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth in a Single Port
Bluetooth 4.2 is published alongside a full 802.11a/b/g/n/ac dual-band radio, and it supports 7 Bluetooth devices at most. A keyboard, mouse or headset can pair to the same dongle that carries the network connection, freeing a second USB port on a machine that is short of them. It is a practical fix for older desktops and for small-form-factor PCs and thin clients that shipped without wireless of any kind.
Dual-Band AC600 Performance
Published rates are up to 433 Mbps on 5 GHz under 802.11ac and up to 200 Mbps on 2.4 GHz under 802.11n, both dynamic. A complete sensitivity table is published for both bands, down to -96 dBm for 802.11b at 1 Mbps and -82 dBm at 11ac VHT80 MCS0. Modulation is published as DBPSK, DQPSK, CCK, OFDM, 16-QAM, 64-QAM and 256-QAM. Published rates are physical-layer maximums, not measured throughput.
WPA3 Encryption Published
The published security row for this model reads "WPA/WPA2/WPA3 encryption standards", and the feature copy extends that to "WEP, WPA/WPA2/WPA3, WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK, WPA3-SAE encryption". So if your site has enabled WPA3 on its SSIDs this is the AC600 model to specify. The system requirements likewise reach Windows 11 rather than stopping at Windows 10.
Read the Windows Lists Carefully
Two separate operating-system lists are published for this model, and they are not identical: Wi-Fi is listed for Win 11/10/8.1/8/7, while Bluetooth is listed for Win 11/10/8.1/7 — Windows 8 appears for Wi-Fi but not for Bluetooth. No macOS support is published at all for this model.
Ideal For
Singapore desktop users, small offices and IT refurbishment work: adding Wi-Fi and Bluetooth together to a machine that has neither, on a Windows build, and particularly where the network already runs WPA3. Supplied by SourceIT with local Singapore warranty, GST invoice and volume pricing on request.
