Eight 2.5G Multi-Gigabit Ports
The NETGEAR MS108UP is an 8-port unmanaged switch where every RJ-45 port runs at 100M, 1G or 2.5G, giving each connected device up to 2.5 Gbps of dedicated, non-blocking bandwidth over a 40 Gbps switching fabric — ideal for WiFi 6 access points and other multi-gig devices.
4 x Ultra60 PoE++ and 4 x PoE+, 230W Budget
Ports 1–4 are IEEE 802.3bt Ultra60 PoE++ (up to 60W per port) and ports 5–8 are IEEE 802.3at PoE+ (up to 30W per port), sharing a 230W PoE budget. NETGEAR's PoE Auto-Balance technology automatically balances PoE power based on the needs of connected devices.
Plug-and-Play, Fanless and Silent
No configuration is needed — the switch works out of the box with auto MDI/MDI-X and auto-negotiation, and honours 802.1p and DSCP priority tags. The fanless design runs silently in offices and classrooms, and the compact unit sits on a desk or mounts on a wall with the included kit.
