The NETGEAR XS748T packs 44 dedicated 10GBASE-T copper ports and 4 dedicated 10GBASE-X SFP+ ports into a 1U rackmount chassis. Every port runs at 10G or 1G, so you can connect 10G servers, NAS and storage today while existing Gigabit devices keep working.
Line-Rate 960 Gbps Switching
With 960 Gbps of switching bandwidth, 714.2 Mpps throughput, a 3 MB packet buffer and jumbo frames up to 10K, the XS748T is built for virtualization clusters, storage networks and 10G aggregation where bandwidth cannot be the bottleneck.
Smart Managed Layer 2+ Features
802.1Q VLANs (512), private VLANs, IPv4/IPv6 static routing, STP/RSTP/MSTP, 24 LACP link aggregation groups, IGMP/MLD snooping, DiffServ QoS with 8 priority queues and L2/L3/L4 ACLs with 802.1x RADIUS give you enterprise-grade control through a simple web GUI.
Resilient and Easy to Maintain
Dual firmware images and dual configuration files, SNMP v1/v2c/v3, RMON and syslog make upgrades and monitoring safe and straightforward, while IEEE 802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet helps cut power use on idle links.

Yes. All 44 10GBASE-T copper ports and all 4 SFP+ ports support both 10G and 1G speeds.
Are the SFP+ ports shared with copper ports?
No. On the XS748T the 4 SFP+ ports are dedicated, so you get 44 copper plus 4 fiber ports usable at the same time (48 ports total).
Does the XS748T support routing?
It supports IPv4 and IPv6 static routing (64 routes each) in addition to full Layer 2 switching, VLANs, QoS and ACLs.
Is it rackmountable, and is it fan-cooled?
Yes. It is a 1U 440 mm-wide switch with a rack mount kit in the box, cooled by 4 fans (47.8 dBA).
