10 Multi-Gig Copper Ports Plus 2 Dedicated SFP+
The NETGEAR XS512EMv2 has 10 RJ-45 ports that auto-detect 100M, 1G, 2.5G, 5G and 10G, plus 2 dedicated 10G SFP+ ports — 12 ports in total. Unlike the original XS512EM's combo ports, the SFP+ ports are separate, so you keep all 10 copper ports while using fibre or DAC uplinks.
240 Gbps Switching Performance
A 240 Gbps switching fabric, 178.6 Mpps forwarding rate, 2 MB packet buffer, 32K MAC table and jumbo frames up to 12K bytes support 10G servers, NAS units and Multi-Gig WiFi access points.
Easy Smart Management
Configure 802.1Q VLANs with Auto-Voice, Auto-Video, Auto-WiFi and Auto-Camera VLANs, 802.1p/DSCP QoS, rate limiting, IGMP snooping, LACP link aggregation, port mirroring, loop detection and cable test from a simple web GUI.
Desktop or Rack
A fixed internal power supply, 802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet and two fans (28.2 dBA at full load) suit offices and studios, and the included rackmount kit fits it into a rack.

Are the SFP+ ports extra ports?
