Logitech Connect Conference Cam 1080p Full HD
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Logitech ConferenceCam Connect 1080p Full HD (960-001035) - 2 Years Local Warranty
Portable All-in-One Video Conferencing for Huddle Rooms and Small Groups of Six
The Logitech ConferenceCam Connect is a single cylindrical device combining a 1080p ZEISS-optics camera, a 360° wideband speakerphone, HDMI output and a rechargeable battery, designed by Logitech for small groups of up to six people. Because it runs on battery over Bluetooth and carries its own screen-mirroring capability, it is the Logitech conference camera you can genuinely carry between rooms — or to a client site — rather than one that lives bolted to a meeting room table.
ZEISS Optics with RightLight 2 and 4x Digital Zoom
A 3 MP sensor behind ZEISS optics with autofocus produces 1080p and 720p at 30 fps across a 90° diagonal field of view, with H.264 UVC 1.5 and Scalable Video Coding handling compression on the device. RightLight 2 manages exposure in difficult lighting. Be clear on the movement, though: pan is digital, tilt is a mechanical wheel plus digital, and the 4x zoom is digital. There is no motorised pan or tilt on this model — the remote drives digital PTZ, not motors.
360° Wideband Speakerphone with 3.6 m Pickup
Two omnidirectional microphones cover a 3.6 m (12 ft) diameter with acoustic echo cancellation and noise cancellation, and a mono speaker delivers 140 Hz to 16 kHz with a maximum output of 91.5 dB SPL at half a metre. Full-duplex operation means both ends can talk at once. Over Bluetooth the same speakerphone works as a hands-free audio device for a phone, with NFC one-touch pairing and a 10 m wireless range.
HDMI Output, Wi-Fi Screen Mirroring and a Rechargeable Battery
Connect includes HDMI 1.4 with HDCP for driving a TV or projector, and 802.11n Wi-Fi at 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz for wireless screen mirroring — useful in a room that has a display but no room PC. The internal rechargeable battery gives up to 3 hours of video conferencing or screen mirroring, or up to 15 hours of Bluetooth audio, and takes around 3 hours to charge. The device measures 75 x 75 x 304.2 mm, weighs 766 g and has a Kensington security slot.

Lifecycle note. Logitech has issued an end-of-sale notice for ConferenceCam Connect covering Europe and China only, effective 31 March 2025 or while supplies last, citing the EU Common Charger Directive and expired certifications in China. That notice does not cover Asia-Pacific or the Americas, and Logitech states support continues throughout the warranty period. Logitech’s suggested replacements are MeetUp, MeetUp 2 or Rally Bar Huddle. If you are standardising a fleet, that is worth knowing before you commit.

Frequently Asked Questions — Logitech ConferenceCam Connect
Is the ConferenceCam Connect discontinued?
Logitech has issued an end-of-sale notice for Europe and China only, effective 31 March 2025 or while supplies last, driven by the EU Common Charger Directive and expired product certifications in China. That notice does not extend to Asia-Pacific or the Americas, and Logitech states support continues throughout the warranty period. Availability can still tighten, so check current stock with SourceIT before planning a multi-unit rollout.
Does it have motorised pan and tilt?
No. Pan is digital, tilt is a mechanical manual wheel plus digital tilt, and the 4x zoom is digital. The remote drives digital PTZ, not motors. If you need genuine motorised movement in a small room, the BCC950 has a motorised head, and the PTZ Pro 2 is a full motorised PTZ camera.
How many people does it cover?
Logitech rates it for small groups of up to six. The two omnidirectional microphones cover a 3.6 m diameter, which is the practical limit. For a larger room, MeetUp or GROUP will serve you better.
Can I really run a meeting on battery?
Yes, within limits: up to 3 hours of video conferencing or screen mirroring, or up to 15 hours as a Bluetooth audio speakerphone, with roughly 3 hours to recharge from the AC adapter. Logitech does not publish the battery capacity in mAh, so we do not quote one. For all-day rooms, leave it plugged in.
What is the HDMI output for, and does every unit have it?
HDMI 1.4 with HDCP lets Connect drive a TV or projector directly, including wireless screen mirroring over its built-in 802.11n Wi-Fi. Worth flagging: Logitech’s own spec hub carries the caveat that HDMI is “not available on all units”, which points to regional SKU variation. If HDMI out is essential to your use case, confirm it with SourceIT before ordering.
Do I need a room PC, a licence or software?
No licence and no proprietary software. Connect is a plug-and-play USB device for a laptop, PC or Mac, and it also works over Bluetooth as a hands-free speakerphone for a phone or tablet. Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms licences, if you use them, come from Microsoft or Zoom separately.
How does it compare with MeetUp 2 or Rally Bar Huddle?
Connect’s advantages are portability, the battery, Bluetooth and HDMI out. MeetUp 2 and Rally Bar Huddle are far stronger on image quality, audio and AI framing, and Rally Bar Huddle can run as a standalone appliance with no room PC. Logitech itself names those three as the replacements for Connect. Choose Connect when portability is the point; choose the others for a fixed room.
Does the Logitech ConferenceCam Connect come with a Singapore warranty?
Yes. Every Logitech ConferenceCam Connect sold by SourceIT comes with 2 years local Singapore warranty and a GST invoice.
