Camera, Microphones and Speakers Built In
The HP Series 5 Pro 524pm combines a 5 MP camera, dual microphones with DNN noise reduction and four 3 W down-firing speakers, so the desk is ready for video calls without separate conferencing accessories.
One USB-C Cable, Up to 100 W
The USB-C upstream port carries DisplayPort 1.4 Alt Mode video, data and up to 100 W of power delivery. RJ-45 Gigabit Ethernet, three USB-A 5Gbps ports, a 15 W USB-C data port and a DisplayPort 1.4 output complete the built-in dock.
23.8-inch Full HD at 100 Hz
The 1920 x 1080 IPS panel runs at up to 100 Hz with 350 nits brightness, 1500:1 contrast and 100% sRGB. HP Eye Ease always-on low blue light, a TÜV-certified flicker-free backlight and a height, tilt, swivel and pivot stand look after comfort.

Compatibility & Software Support
Laptop Connection
Any notebook with a USB-C port supporting DisplayPort Alt Mode can drive the 524pm over one cable, which also carries the camera, audio, Ethernet and USB hub and charges the notebook at up to 100 W. PCs without USB-C connect video over DisplayPort 1.4 or HDMI 2.0 and use the USB-B upstream port for the camera and hub.
Second Display
The DisplayPort 1.4 output lets a second monitor be connected from the 524pm.
Software
HP Display Center handles display settings and screen partitioning; the HP Client Management Script Library supports remote management by IT.
