That headroom makes it a straightforward specification for the large-format panels now standard in Singapore boardrooms, training rooms, hospital corridors and retail digital signage, where the display is frequently heavier than a consumer bracket is rated to hold.

Specification note: Ergotron's own documents differ on screen range. The current installation manual (888-61-036-W rev. F, 10/19) states a maximum screen size of 80 in, while the earlier Ergotron product catalogue lists 37–63 in. SourceIT quotes the newer manual figure. Compatibility & Fit
VESA fit. The 60-612 accepts VESA hole patterns from 100 x 100 mm up to 600 x 400 mm, which covers large desktop monitors through to commercial signage panels. Check your display's VESA pattern before ordering: if the panel uses an 800 mm horizontal pattern it falls outside this mount's range and needs a different Ergotron solution. Note also Ergotron's hardware restriction — the supplied M4 screws must not be used on patterns larger than 200 x 200 mm.
Screen size and weight. This is a single-display, ultra heavy-duty mount rated to 175 lb (79.4 kg) with a maximum screen size of 80 in per the current installation manual. Weight, not diagonal, is the binding constraint — confirm your panel's weight from its own datasheet rather than estimating from screen size.
Ultrawide and curved displays. Ergotron does not publish a separate rating for ultrawide or curved panels on the 60-612. Because a tilting wall mount carries the load on a fixed wall plate rather than a cantilevered arm, the practical limits remain the published VESA pattern and the 175 lb weight rating. Talk to SourceIT if you are specifying a curved signage panel so we can confirm bracket clearance with you.
Mounting surface and Singapore wall types. The mount is designed for timber studs or solid concrete. On timber the wall plate must be centred on the studs; on solid walls, which covers most Singapore commercial fit-outs and HDB and condominium interiors, the widest 24 in configuration must be used. Plasterboard partitions without adequate backing are not a supported substrate for a mount of this capacity — if your site has lightweight partitions, speak to SourceIT before ordering.

Can this be installed on a concrete wall?
Yes. Ergotron supports both timber stud and solid concrete installation and supplies lag bolts, washers and wall anchors. On solid walls the widest 24 in mounting configuration must be used. A 13 mm tool is required. Most Singapore commercial and residential walls are solid, so this is the usual installation path here.
Does it tilt only, or can it swivel and extend?
