The Eaton MBP20KPDU is a 3U rack/tower maintenance bypass for the Eaton 9SX 15 kVA and 20 kVA UPS. A rotary maintenance bypass switch transfers the load to utility power so the UPS can be serviced, replaced or moved without shutting down connected equipment — the practical way to keep a Singapore server or comms room running through UPS maintenance.
Output Distribution Built In
Rated 20 kVA / 20 kW, the MBP20KPDU adds IEC output sockets directly on the bypass: a non-programmable group of 2 x IEC 10 A and 1 x IEC 16 A sockets and a programmable group of 4 x IEC 10 A and 2 x IEC 16 A sockets, each protected by breakers, alongside terminal-block output for hardwired loads.
Rack or Tower, 3U, 19-inch
Like the 9SX 15/20 kVA power module, the bypass is rack/tower installable, 3U high and 438 mm wide, with IP20 protection and a 0–50 °C operating range. Eaton's Singapore price list notes that one set of 733-82048 rail kit must be purchased for rack mounting.
