24 Gigabit Ports and 10G Fibre Uplinks
The D-Link DGS-1250-28X gives you 24 x 10/100/1000BASE-T ports for desktops, printers and access-layer devices, plus 4 x 10G SFP+ ports so the switch can be uplinked to the core or a server at 10 Gbps over fibre or DAC.
Performance
D-Link rates it at 128 Gbps switching capacity and 95.24 Mpps forwarding, with a 16K MAC address table, 12 Mbits packet buffer and jumbo frames up to 12,000 bytes.
Lite L3 Smart Managed with Full CLI
Lite L3 static routing, ACLs, IP-MAC-Port Binding and 802.1X authentication are managed through a web GUI in 11 languages or a full CLI via the console port, with dual image and dual configuration for reduced downtime.

Is it a PoE switch?
No. The DGS-1250-28X has no PoE. For PoE, see the DGS-1250-28XMP (370 W).
Are the ports 10 Gigabit?
The 24 access ports are Gigabit; the 4 SFP+ uplinks run at 10G and need SFP+ transceivers or DAC cables (sold separately).
Can it route?
Yes, Lite L3 static routing (124 IPv4 / 50 IPv6 static routes). It does not run dynamic routing protocols.
Does it have a console port?
Yes, with full CLI support.
