6 kVA / 6 kW On-Line Double Conversion with a Lithium-Ion Pack
The APC Easy UPS On-Line Li-Ion SRVL6KRILRK is the 6 kVA model of the lithium-ion Easy UPS On-Line range, rated at 6 kVA / 6 kW — a unity power factor build, so the full 6000 W is available to the load. It is supplied as a complete extended-runtime kit: a 2U power module, a 3U SRVL48RMBP3U lithium-ion battery pack (48 V, 4800 Wh) and the rail kit, occupying 5U in total. The load runs from the inverter continuously on a 230 V sine wave, with the rectifier absorbing the sags, brownouts and switching transients of a loaded Singapore riser.
At this rating the SRVL6KRILRK is a hardwired product: input and output are a single 1P+N+E hardwire connection each, so it is installed by a licensed electrical worker on a dedicated circuit and normally feeds a rack PDU rather than individual IEC leads. Each pack is a 3U, 48 V, 4800 Wh unit, so a rack with one power module and the maximum pack count is a serious runtime installation rather than a ride-through UPS. 5U Rack/Tower Convertible, Rails Included

At 685 mm deep it needs a proper server cabinet — 1000 mm or 1070 mm deep — rather than a comms cabinet.

Compatibility & Runtime
Hardwired Input and Output
The SRVL6KRILRK has a single 1P+N+E hardwire connection for input and another for output. There are no IEC outlets on the UPS itself; the output normally feeds one or more rack PDUs — for example a switched AP7921B or a basic AP9559 — and the IEC leads for the servers plug into those. Installation must be done by a licensed electrical worker on a dedicated circuit sized for 6 kW plus battery charging. Because the input is hardwired there is no plug type to worry about for Singapore.
Sizing
This is a unity power factor build, so size directly on watts: add up the continuous draw of everything downstream of the UPS, allow headroom for start-up surge and growth, and compare it with 6000 W. Rack Fit
The assembled kit occupies 5U at 217 x 438 x 685 mm and weighs 69.2 kg net, so it belongs at the bottom of a 1000 mm or 1070 mm deep server cabinet with the rail kit supplied. Plan for two people or a lift for installation. Each additional SRVL48RMBP3U pack is a further 3U.

The SRVL48RMBP3U is a 48 V, 4800 Wh lithium-ion pack — twice the energy of the 2U pack used on the 1 to 3 kVA SRVL kits.
