Platform Compatibility

How Licensing Works

Each Teams Room device (not user) requires its own license. The license is assigned in Microsoft 365 Admin Center to the room account (e.g., meetingroom01@yourdomain.com). This enables the room to appear in Outlook calendars, join meetings automatically, and be managed centrally.
