TP-Link VIGI 4MP Full-Color Turret Network Camera (VIGI C440 4mm) - 3 Years Local Warranty
The TP-Link VIGI C440 is a 4MP turret network camera with a 4mm fixed lens, two IR LEDs and two white LEDs for 24-hour full-colour images, two-way audio through a built-in microphone and speaker, and a microSD slot for on-camera recording. It runs on PoE (802.3af/at) or 12V DC and compresses video with H.265+.
4MP Resolution with 24-Hour Full Colour
A 1/3" progressive scan CMOS sensor records up to 2560 x 1440. Two white LEDs with a 30 m range keep the image in colour at night, and two 850 nm IR LEDs, also rated to 30 m, are available for infrared night vision.
Smart Detection and Alerts
Area intrusion, line-crossing, motion and video tampering detection trigger push messages, memory card recording, an audible warning or white-light flashing.
Two-Way Audio
A built-in microphone that records within a 5 m (16.4 ft) radius and a built-in speaker allow audio monitoring and talk-back.
H.265+ and Local Storage
H.265+ on the main stream reduces bandwidth and disk use, and a built-in microSD card slot accepts cards up to 256 GB.
PoE or 12V DC Power
Power the camera over a single Ethernet cable from a PoE switch or NVR, or from a 12V DC adapter where PoE is not available.
Ideal For

Does the VIGI C440 record in colour at night?
Yes. TP-Link specifies two white LEDs with a 30 m range for 24-hour full-colour images, with 0 lux minimum illumination when the white or IR light is on.
Can it record without an NVR?
Yes. It has a built-in microSD card slot supporting cards up to 256 GB, and alarm linkage includes memory card video recording.
How is the camera powered?
