TP-Link Tapo RV10 Plus Robot Vacuum & Mop with Smart Auto-Empty Dock
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
TP-Link Tapo Robot Vacuum & Mop + Smart Auto-Empty Dock (RV10 Plus) - 18 Months Local Warranty
The RV10 Plus is the Tapo RV10 with the chore taken out of it. The robot vacuums at 2000 Pa and mops from a 300 ml electronically metered tank, then returns to a 27000 Pa auto-empty dock that pulls the bin into a sealed 4 L dust bag. You empty a bag occasionally instead of a bin daily - useful in a home with pets or long hair.
27000 Pa Auto-Empty Dock and a 4 L Sealed Bag
At the end of a run the robot docks and the base draws the contents of the 350 ml bin into a 4 L disposable dust bag at 27000 Pa. The bag seals as it is lifted out, so the dust you collected does not come back into the room when you change it - the reason most people buy a self-emptying dock in the first place. TP-Link's own qualifier on emptying intervals: "Based on internal testing. Actual emptying intervals are subject to change due to usage and environmental factors." Replacement bags are the Tapo RVA200.
2000 Pa Suction, H11 HEPA and Carpet Boost
Suction runs to 2000 Pa across four levels, with Carpet Boost raising power when the robot moves onto carpet. The bin has dustbin detection and an H11 HEPA filter, which is the grade that holds the fine material you would rather not have stirred back into the air. TP-Link rates noise at 53 dB in Quiet Mode and 55 dB in Default/Standard, so a scheduled run is not disruptive in a flat.
Mopping With Electric Water Flow Control
The 300 ml tank meters water electronically across three levels, keeping the cloth evenly damp along a long run rather than flooding the first room. The mop cloth mount fits and removes by hand. TP-Link's caution applies here as on the RV10: "Adding unofficially designated floor cleaner may cause structural damage to the water tank." Spare cloths are the Tapo RVA300.
Navigation, Battery and App Control
Gyroscope path planning with infrared obstacle avoidance and anti-drop protection, and a 20 mm barrier-cross height - reduced, TP-Link notes, when the mop cloth mount is installed. The 2600 mAh pack supports Recharge and Resume, so a large floor is finished across a charge cycle without you restarting it. Control is through the Tapo app on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi with real-time tracking and scheduling, plus Amazon Alexa and Google Home, and a child and pet lock.
Ideal For
Singapore households with pets, children or simply no appetite for emptying a bin every day, and anyone running several Tapo devices who wants the vacuum in the same app. Note the dock's 950 W draw when sizing a socket. Supplied by SourceIT with local Singapore warranty and GST invoice.

Frequently Asked Questions — Tapo RV10 Plus
How often do I change the dust bag?
The bag holds 4 L. TP-Link qualifies emptying intervals as based on internal testing and subject to usage and environment, so the honest answer is that it depends on your floors and whether you have pets. Spares are the Tapo RVA200.
What is the difference between the RV10 and the RV10 Plus?
The robot is the same 2000 Pa vacuum and mop. The Plus adds the 27000 Pa auto-empty dock with a 4 L sealed bag, and its bin is 350 ml rather than 400 ml.
How much power does the dock draw?
TP-Link rates maximum working power at 950 W for the dock and 25 W for the robot, on a 220-240 VAC 50 Hz supply.
Can I add floor cleaner to the water tank?
TP-Link advises against it: an unofficially designated floor cleaner may cause structural damage to the water tank.
What warranty does SourceIT provide?
18 Months Local Warranty (Singapore); internal battery 6 months, and a GST invoice on every unit. Ask us for current stock and lead time before committing to a delivery date.
