TP-Link Tapo Smart Light Bulb, Multicolor (Tapo L550E) - 1 Year Local Warranty
The Tapo L550E is a bright, full-colour smart bulb for the E27 fittings found in most Singapore homes. It puts out 1600 lumens, the equivalent of a 100 W incandescent, tunes white light from 2700 K to 6500 K and offers 16 million colours, all from the Tapo app or by voice. It is Matter-certified and connects straight to home Wi-Fi with no hub required.
Extra Bright 1600 Lumens
At 1600 lumens and a 220 degree beam angle, a single L550E lights a room that would otherwise need two ordinary bulbs. A colour rendering index of 90 keeps skin tones, food and furnishings looking natural, and the bulb dims to any brightness level through the app.
16 Million Colours and Tunable White
Set crisp 6500 K daylight for working, warm 2700 K for the evening, or any colour in between. Auto Biorhythm Lighting+ can adjust brightness and colour temperature through the day to follow daylight patterns where you live.
70+ Effects and Sync-to-Sound
More than 70 animated lighting effects are built into the Tapo app, and Sync-to-Sound pulses the bulb in time with music for parties and film nights. Effects can be added to schedules so a scene starts on its own.
Matter, Voice and Remote Control
The L550E is Matter-certified and works with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and Samsung SmartThings. Control it remotely from anywhere in the Tapo app, group it with other Tapo lights and devices, and let Away Mode switch it on and off to make the home look occupied.

Does the L550E need a hub?
No. It connects directly to your 2.4 GHz home Wi-Fi and is controlled in the Tapo app.
Will it fit my lamp?
It uses an E27 screw base in an A67 bulb shape, measured at 136 x 76 mm. Check that your fitting is E27 and that the shade has room for the bulb.
Can I use it with a wall dimmer?
Dimming is done through the app and cloud only, so use it on a standard on/off switch and dim it from the Tapo app or by voice.
