PoE Pass-Through Convenience
The TL-SG1005P-PD is powered entirely by a single PoE++ input, then passes power through to four PoE+ output ports. There is no need for an AC or DC adapter, simply connect it to an upstream PoE source and it powers itself and your devices, making installation remarkably clean and flexible in any location.
Flexible PoE Output Budget
The switch intelligently adjusts its PoE output based on the input source, providing up to 66 W when fed by an 802.3bt Type 4 (90 W) source, 47 W with Type 3 (60 W), 21 W with 802.3at, or 9 W with 802.3af. This adaptability lets it power cameras, access points, and IP phones in a wide range of setups.
Long-Range Extend Mode
With Extend Mode enabled, PoE transmission distance reaches up to 250 meters, far beyond the standard 100-meter limit. This makes the TL-SG1005P-PD perfect for IP camera deployments across large areas, letting you place devices exactly where they are needed without worrying about cable length.
