PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
TP-Link Omada 4G+ Cat6 AX3000 Gigabit VPN Gateway with 4-Port PoE+ (ER706WP-4G) - 5 Years Local Warranty
The ER706WP-4G puts a 4G+ Cat6 modem with dual SIM slots, AX3000 Wi-Fi 6, four PoE+ ports and a full Omada VPN gateway into one desktop, wall or rack-mountable box — a complete small-site network edge that can run on mobile broadband, fixed broadband, or both.
4G+ Cat6 Mobile Broadband With Dual SIM Failover
The built-in 4G+ Cat6 modem is rated at up to 300 Mbps downlink and 50 Mbps uplink, fed by two detachable 4.0 dBi LTE antennas. Two Nano SIM slots run as SIM1 active / SIM2 standby: if the active SIM loses service, the gateway fails over automatically so a branch, pop-up shop or construction site office stays online. Wired WAN is available too through the Gigabit WAN and SFP ports, for 4G as primary or as backup to fixed broadband.
AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 Built In
Dual-band Wi-Fi 6 delivers 2402 Mbps on 5 GHz (HE160) and 574 Mbps on 2.4 GHz through three detachable dual-band antennas, with OFDMA, MU-MIMO and beamforming. It supports seamless roaming and Omada Mesh with EAPs that support Mesh, so the gateway can be the first access point of a larger Omada Wi-Fi deployment rather than a separate island.
Four PoE+ Ports With a 45 W Budget
Four Gigabit RJ45 ports provide 802.3at/af PoE+ output with a 45 W total budget, enough to power Omada access points, IP phones or cameras directly from the gateway without a separate PoE switch at small sites. Alongside them sit a Gigabit SFP WAN/LAN port and a Gigabit WAN port.
Full Omada VPN and Security Feature Set
IPsec (100 tunnels), SSL (50), PPTP and L2TP (50 each), OpenVPN (55), WireGuard (20) and GRE (Standalone Mode) are supported, with published IPsec throughput between 646.5 and 670.5 Mbps and WireGuard at 387.7 Mbps. Signature-based IDS/IPS (229 Mbps TCP) and DPI application control (933 Mbps TCP) sit alongside URL and web group filtering, flood defence and ARP inspection, backed by 150,000 concurrent sessions.
Cloud-Managed With Zero-Touch Provisioning
Managed through Omada Central, an OC200/OC300 Hardware Controller or the Software Controller, the ER706WP-4G appears alongside Omada switches and APs with automatic discovery, monitoring and abnormal-event warnings, and can be run from the Omada App. Zero-Touch Provisioning with the Cloud-Based Controller lets IT pre-stage configuration for remote sites.
Ideal For
Branch offices, retail outlets, temporary and construction sites, and SMEs that want 4G primary or backup internet, Wi-Fi 6 and PoE in a single Omada gateway. Supplied by SourceIT with local Singapore warranty, GST invoice and project pricing on request.

Compatibility & Software Support
The ER706WP-4G is part of the Omada ecosystem: gateways, switches and access points are managed together from one controller, under one set of policies, with one view of the network. Cloud and app features listed below require the device to be adopted into an Omada Controller.
| Omada SDN Controller | Supported — adopt and manage centrally from Omada Central (Cloud-Based Controller), the Omada Hardware Controller or the Omada Software Controller |
| Omada App | Supported — remote management from iOS and Android |
| Omada Cloud Access | Supported — requires adoption into an Omada Controller |
| Standalone Mode | Supported — the gateway can also be configured on its own via its web interface |
| Zero-Touch Provisioning | Supported — requires the Omada Cloud-Based Controller |
