TP-Link Omada 32-Port 10GE L2+ Managed Switch with 24-Port PoE++
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
TP-Link Omada 32-Port 10GE L2+ Managed Switch with 24-Port PoE++ (SX3832MPP) - 5 Years Local Warranty
The SX3832MPP is the top of Omada's Access Max switch line: 32 ports of 10 Gigabit, with 24 of them delivering PoE++ at up to 90 W each. It exists to feed the current generation of 10G-uplink Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 7 access points, which the 2.5G and Gigabit PoE switches below it in the range cannot supply at full rate.
24 Ports of 10 Gbps PoE++ at Up to 90 W Each
The SX3832MPP provides 24 RJ45 ports running at 10 Gbps, every one of them capable of 802.3bt PoE++ delivering up to 90 W to a single device, within a 770 W total system power budget. The ports are backward compatible with 802.3at and 802.3af devices and with non-PoE equipment. The reason this combination matters is that a Wi-Fi 7 or high-end Wi-Fi 6 access point with a 10G uplink also tends to draw more than a 30 W 802.3at budget allows, so a Gigabit PoE+ switch bottlenecks it twice over.
Eight 1/10G SFP+ Slots for Uplink and Fibre
Alongside the 24 copper ports the switch carries eight SFP+ slots running at either 1G or 10G. These give a non-blocking path up to a core switch or router, or out to another building over fibre, without stealing a PoE port from an access point. Together the 32 ports support a switching capacity of 640 Gbps and a packet forwarding rate of 240 Mpps, with a 32K MAC address table, a 24 Mbit packet buffer and 9 KB jumbo frame support for storage and backup traffic.
L2+ Static Routing Keeps Inter-VLAN Traffic Off the Core
This is an L2+ switch, not a plain Layer 2 one. It holds up to 128 IP interfaces and 48 static IPv4/IPv6 routes, so traffic between VLANs can be routed on the switch itself instead of hair-pinning up to a firewall or core router and back. It supports 4K VLAN groups, ACLs for traffic filtering, and QoS with eight priority queues scheduled by strict priority or weighted round robin. ERPS ring protection is available for topologies that need a resilient loop rather than a single uplink.
Omada SDN With Cloud Access Across Multiple Sites
The switch is managed through Omada SDN by an Omada Hardware Controller, Software Controller or Cloud-Based Controller, giving a single interface across multiple sites via web browser or the Omada App. That means switch, access point, router and camera configuration and monitoring sit in one place rather than in per-device web UIs. For installers running estates across several buildings or clients, remote adoption and configuration removes most routine site visits. Standalone management is also available via web UI, CLI and SNMP for sites not running a controller.
Rack-Mount Chassis Built for a 770 W Power Draw
The switch occupies a single rack unit at 440 x 330 x 44 mm (17.3 x 13.0 x 1.7 in) in a metal case, with four fans handling the thermal load. That load is real: maximum power consumption is 1010.2 W at 110 V/60 Hz and 953.7 W at 220 V/50 Hz, with heat dissipation of 3444.7 BTU/hr and 3252.2 BTU/hr respectively. Anyone specifying this switch needs to plan rack cooling and a suitably rated circuit and UPS around those figures rather than treating it as an ordinary access switch.
Ideal For
Singapore businesses, schools, hotels and managed-service providers building on Omada, and IT teams that want a switch they can adopt, monitor and update centrally rather than box by box. Supplied by SourceIT with local Singapore warranty, GST invoice and project pricing on request.

Compatibility & Software Support
The SX3832MPP is part of the Omada ecosystem: gateways, switches and access points are managed together from one controller, under one set of policies, with one view of the network. Cloud and app features listed below require the device to be adopted into an Omada Controller.
| Omada SDN Controller | Supported — adopt and manage centrally from the Omada Software Controller, Hardware Controller or Cloud-Based Controller |
| Omada App | Supported — remote management from iOS and Android |
| Omada Cloud Access | Supported — no licence fee for cloud management |
| Standalone Mode | Supported — the device can also be configured on its own via its web interface |

Frequently Asked Questions — SX3832MPP
Does the SX3832MPP need an Omada Controller?
No. The SX3832MPP runs standalone through its own web interface. Adopting it into an Omada Software, Hardware or Cloud-Based Controller is what unlocks central configuration, monitoring, firmware management and cloud/app access across every Omada device on site — at no licence cost.
What warranty does SourceIT provide?
Five years local Singapore warranty. Every SX3832MPP sold by SourceIT comes with a GST invoice.
How should I size the PoE budget?
The total PoE budget is in the Technical Specifications above, and it is a system total rather than a per-port guarantee — the ports cannot all draw their maximum at once. Add up the real draw of every powered device you intend to connect and leave headroom.
Is stock held locally?
SourceIT holds fast-moving Omada lines in Singapore. Anything not in local stock is brought in on indent — ask us for the current lead time before committing to a project date.
Can SourceIT quote this for a project or tender?
Yes. Send the bill of materials and we will quote the whole Omada build — controller, gateway, switching, access points and optics — with local warranty and support.
