TP-Link Omada 10-Port Gigabit Easy Managed Switch with 8-Port PoE+ 123W
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
TP-Link Omada 10-Port Gigabit Easy Managed Switch with 8-Port PoE+ (ES210GMP) - 5 Years Local Warranty
The ES210GMP is Omada's high-power Easy Managed surveillance switch: ten Gigabit ports, eight of them 802.3af/at PoE+, backed by a 123 W total power budget. That budget is what separates it from the otherwise identical ES210GP, which offers 63 W. Fanless, metal-cased and manageable either standalone through a web GUI or centrally through an Omada controller, it suits camera counts that would exhaust a smaller switch.
123 W PoE+ Budget Across Eight Ports for Dense Camera Runs
Eight of the ten Gigabit ports deliver 802.3af/at PoE+, each capable of up to 30 W, drawn from a 123 W system-wide budget supplied by the bundled 53.5 VDC/2.43 A adapter. That headroom is the ES210GMP's defining trait: it lets you run a full complement of PTZ domes, IR bullet cameras or dual-band access points without juggling injectors or splitting loads across two switches. Because the budget is shared rather than fixed per port, a handful of high-draw devices can take their full 30 W while lighter endpoints sip what they need.
10 Gigabit Ports With a Combo Uplink for Flexible Backhaul
Alongside the eight PoE+ ports sit one standard Gigabit RJ45 port and one Gigabit SFP/RJ45 combo port, giving you a choice of copper or fibre for the uplink to a router, NVR or aggregation switch. All ports support auto-negotiation and Auto MDI/MDIX, so straight-through and crossover cabling both work without thought. The combo slot matters in surveillance builds where the recorder sits in a separate riser or plant room and fibre is the only sane run over distance or through electrical noise.
250 m Extend Mode and PoE Auto Recovery for Cameras You Can't Reach
Omada rates the ES210GMP for PoE transmission distance up to 250 m, roughly two and a half times the standard Ethernet limit, letting you reach car park and perimeter cameras without a mid-span repeater cabinet. Paired with this is PoE Auto Recovery, which watches powered devices and power-cycles the port when a camera stops responding. A frozen camera on a pole is otherwise a ladder job; here the switch clears the fault itself, which is the difference between a logged event and a site visit.
Port Isolation, Loop Prevention and Traffic Prioritisation Built In
Automatic loop prevention with loopback detection shuts down a port that has been accidentally patched back into the switch, containing the broadcast storm that would otherwise take the segment down. Port isolation separates camera traffic from general office traffic without demanding a full VLAN design, though 802.1Q tag VLAN with up to 32 groups and 4K VIDs is there when you want it. QoS operates port-based, by 802.1p or by DSCP across eight priority queues with weighted round robin scheduling, so video keeps its bandwidth under load.
20 Gbps Non-Blocking Switching With a 4 Mbit Buffer
The switching fabric provides 20 Gbps of capacity and a 14.88 Mpps packet forwarding rate, which is line rate for ten Gigabit ports running full duplex in both directions at once. An 8K MAC address table and a 4 Mbit packet buffer absorb the bursty, sustained streams that multi-camera recording produces, and jumbo frames up to 15 KB reduce per-packet overhead on NVR traffic. IGMP snooping v1/v2/v3 keeps multicast video from flooding every port, which matters when several clients view the same stream.
Standalone Web GUI or Centralised Omada Controller Management
Out of the box the ES210GMP is configured through its own web GUI, so a single-site install needs no extra infrastructure. Adopt it into an Omada Cloud-Based, Hardware or Software Controller and it joins a single pane of glass alongside your routers and access points, with management via the Omada app or browser. Controller mode adds Zero-Touch Provisioning, automatic device discovery, batch configuration and unified firmware upgrading across sites, which is what makes a multi-branch rollout practical for a small IT team.
Ideal For
Singapore businesses, schools, hotels and managed-service providers building on Omada, and IT teams that want a switch they can adopt, monitor and update centrally rather than box by box. Supplied by SourceIT with local Singapore warranty, GST invoice and project pricing on request.

Compatibility & Software Support
The ES210GMP is part of the Omada ecosystem: gateways, switches and access points are managed together from one controller, under one set of policies, with one view of the network. Cloud and app features listed below require the device to be adopted into an Omada Controller.
| Omada SDN Controller | Supported — adopt and manage centrally from the Omada Software Controller, Hardware Controller or Cloud-Based Controller |
| Omada App | Supported — remote management from iOS and Android |
| Omada Cloud Access | Supported — no licence fee for cloud management |
| Standalone Mode | Supported — the device can also be configured on its own via its web interface |

Frequently Asked Questions — ES210GMP
Does the ES210GMP need an Omada Controller?
No. The ES210GMP runs standalone through its own web interface. Adopting it into an Omada Software, Hardware or Cloud-Based Controller is what unlocks central configuration, monitoring, firmware management and cloud/app access across every Omada device on site — at no licence cost.
What warranty does SourceIT provide?
Five years local Singapore warranty. Every ES210GMP sold by SourceIT comes with a GST invoice.
How should I size the PoE budget?
The total PoE budget is in the Technical Specifications above, and it is a system total rather than a per-port guarantee — the ports cannot all draw their maximum at once. Add up the real draw of every powered device you intend to connect and leave headroom.
Is stock held locally?
SourceIT holds fast-moving Omada lines in Singapore. Anything not in local stock is brought in on indent — ask us for the current lead time before committing to a project date.
Can SourceIT quote this for a project or tender?
Yes. Send the bill of materials and we will quote the whole Omada build — controller, gateway, switching, access points and optics — with local warranty and support.
