TP-Link InSight S325 2MP Outdoor Full-Color Bullet Network Camera, 4mm Lens (InSight S325(4mm)) - 5 Years Local Warranty
The InSight S325 is TP-Link's VIGI 2MP outdoor full-colour bullet camera in an IP67-rated metal housing. This listing is the 4 mm lens version: a 75.2 degree horizontal view with longer published DORI distances than the 2.8 mm model, suited to gates, driveways, perimeter fences and building entrances where people and vehicles need to be identified at range. One PoE cable carries power and 1080p video, and two integrated IR/white LEDs reach 30 m for night footage in infrared or full colour.
4 mm Lens for Reach Along Gates and Perimeters
The fixed 4 mm F2.0 lens gives a 75.2 degree horizontal, 40.8 degree vertical and 88.3 degree diagonal field of view. TP-Link publishes DORI distances for this lens of detect 59 m, observe 25 m, recognise 12 m and identify 6 m, so a single bullet can watch the length of a driveway or fence line. Recording is 1920x1080 at up to 25 fps (50 Hz) or 30 fps (60 Hz) on a 1/3 inch progressive scan CMOS sensor, with minimum illumination of 0.005 lux, or 0 lux with the IR or white light active.
LightPro Night Vision: IR by Default, Colour When It Matters
TP-Link's LightPro Night Vision switches between IR and full-colour night vision by detecting people or vehicles. The camera stays on discreet IR most of the night and switches the white light on when a person or vehicle is detected, so the frames that matter are captured in colour while light pollution and energy use are kept down. Two integrated IR/white LEDs reach 30 m at 850 nm, with auto, scheduled, always-on and always-off control.
Human and Vehicle Classification for Fewer False Alerts
Motion detection is enhanced with human and vehicle classification, so outdoor alerts are raised for people and vehicles rather than for swaying trees, rain or animals. Smart events cover intrusion, line-crossing, region entering, region exiting, people detection and vehicle detection, with video tampering and illegal-login exception as basic events. Alarm linkage options are email, alarm server, FTP upload and message push.
H.265+ to Cut Bandwidth and Storage
The main stream supports H.265+, H.265, H.264+ and H.264 at 256 Kbps to 4 Mbps, with an H.265/H.264 sub-stream at 64 to 512 Kbps. TP-Link states H.265+ reduces the bandwidth and storage required while maintaining image quality, which extends retention on a VIGI NVR's drives. Smart Video Enhancement covers Smart IR, 3D DNR and white balance, alongside BLC, HLC and DWDR, up to four privacy masks and one ROI region.
IP67 Metal Bullet, PoE Powered
The metal housing is rated IP67 and specified for -30 to 60 degrees C, suited to exposed outdoor positions in Singapore's rain and heat. Power is 802.3af/at PoE (class 0) through a single 10/100 Mbps port, or 12 V DC through a 5.5 mm coaxial plug. A built-in microphone captures audio around the camera. There is no on-board memory card slot, so recording is to a VIGI NVR, VIGI VMS or VIGI Cloud VMS.

Published Notes and Contradictions
Power: the InSight S325 datasheet gives 12 V DC max 7.4 W and PoE max 8 W; the product web page gives PoE max 7.4 W and leaves the DC maximum and net weight as unfilled placeholders ("Max. X W", "X Kg"). Both are reproduced here; size PoE budgets on the higher 8 W figure.
Microphone: the web page states the built-in microphone records within a 16.4 ft (5 m) radius; the datasheet states a 15 ft radius.
Certifications: the web page lists CE, NTRA, KC, BSMI, IC; the datasheet lists CE, FCC, BSMI, VCCI, KC, NTRA.
